Highly recommended!
The team was perfectly professional, conscientious & did a fantastic job making everything look like they hadn't even been on site! They took extra efforts to avoid sprinkler lines and went to great efforts to save & place the sod neatly back. Their efforts and labor were duly noted, appreciated & we are thrilled with their customer service skill set. My hubby even called me in the midst of their work to tell me how great they are.
Erin in the office has been excellent with communication, understanding & organization.

WITH NO NOTICE FROM THEM:
I’m pretty sure they came in my yard when I wasn’t home, ripped out my tank and left big mud tire tracks. I have been paying them tank rental since 2009 even though I haven’t used propane since my pool heater broke a decade ago. Whatever. I owe them no propane money; in fact, if they took the tank because I owed them $65 rental fee, then they stole $300 worth of propane along with it.
If it was thieves who left the mess in my yard (and likely took the tank), I will apologize.

All I can say is WOW. Went to their office to discuss having a propane tank installed for a portable generator. Everyone in the office were the most friendly, polite and informative people ever. Once they found out that I had an existing tank (which I thought was outdated) they said it was usable. This saved me hundreds. 3 days later, their work crew arrived and had everything completed in an hour. The entire crew was very friendly and informative as to what they did.

Sunrise Propane has gone above and beyond at every turn. We moved out to the sticks and were worried about getting good service out here, but they have really been amazing. They really know how to put your mind at ease - they even came out to top us off before the hurricanes and made sure we didn't run out of propane throughout a sustained power outage! We also had an animal dig a hole right by the support for our propane tank causing the tank to lean really far to one side and they came out and got it fixed right away! I can't say enough great things about this company. After dealing with a different company for 15 years and not getting great or timely service, switching to Sunrise Propane was a fantastic decision! I highly recommend this company.

WOW!!! LOVE this company!!! They truly care and have FANTASTIC customer service!!! 🙏After Hurricane Milton hit Florida, we needed propane desperately and Sunrise Propane took AMAZING care of us! From the moment I called, Amanda was super sweet and made sure they were going to take care of us. The gentleman (sorry I forgot his name but he was wonderful!) came out the very next day to fill our tanks!!!!! He was super nice and excellent!!!! They took care of us SO FAST!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and we will be LIFELONG customers from now on from the wonderful, caring and SUPER FAST experience with Sunrise Propane! Thank you so much and I know I can speak for all of my neighbors in Odessa they just took care of who now are lifetime customers - we are SO GRATEFUL 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you to all at Sunrise Propane! Hands down the best Propane company I have ever used. I am in a rural area and lost power from Milton. I was expecting to be out for quite awhile. On Friday I tried calling to schedule a top off, but phones were out. On my way home I passed a sunrise truck. To my surprise, they had already come and topped my tanks off! They really care about their customers and it shows. They were a breeze to work with for install as well.

I went thru the process to switch to Sunrise and couldn’t be happier. Our previous supplier outsourced everything and just getting a tank filled became a problem. The team at Sunrise has been outstanding. They replaced the tank and ran a new feed for my generator. With the storm coming in I asked for a top off and had it the next day. They are super responsive, and all the work they did was great quality. Very happy I switched.

We had two 30 gal propane tanks for our RV that were old but in good shape and needed recertification. They recertified them for a great price and filled them for a great price. Quick and easy process, will absolutely be returning here!
