I chose Top Mobility Scooters after reading reviews of various dealers. I made an order on their website. Shortly after, i was contacted by, Judie Brislin, a sales representative who went over my order, explained everything about the scooter and made sure all of my info was correct. Shortly thereafter, I called her back to change my order to a different model scooter. Julie handled everything in a very friendly and professional manner. After a couple of weeks, Julie called to tell me that the manufacturer of the scooter i wanted was going to be delayed for a few months. Julie took the time to listen to my needs and helped me choose a scooter that would be an even better match. Again, Julie handled everything perfectly. I'm very pleased with my experiences with Top Mobility Scooters and especially, Judie Brislin.

We purchased a foldable scooter and very impressed with the selection in stock. We worked with Tiffany who was very knowledgeable in all areas. She answered all my questions plus the demonstration of several of the scooters. I would highly recommend these folks.

I was on vacation and had to get a get scooter purchase and lift install before heading back to Tenneessee. The showroom is awesome! This IS the difference. Testing them out! In addition, the sales reps (Tyler) were knowledgeable and promised a quick ship time. I was nervous but install went on time before we left! (William I believe) did fantastic installing it! I also had major questions that arose after we got home, and these guys worked hard to help me out after the fact, even at home. (Shane) It's exactly what I wanted and needed! Thanks guys!
P.S. The Pride Mobility PX4 is a machine!!!

Bought an expensive wheelchair in March. The leg fell off 4 months later. I have left 4 messages to get a replacement (it is under warranty) and 2 weeks later, nobody has yet to call me back.

I purchased a mobility scooter this morning with the help of Tyler representing the store. Tyler explained the differences between Pride Mobility Scooters. After a couple visits to the store and a few emails I decided on buying a Pride Mobility GoGo Sport from Tyler. Tyler was no nonsense like other stores employees highballing prices so he can lower it to make a sale. I recommend you shop around but make visiting Tyler your last stop.
