“After noticing transmission lights and other engine lights on my - I found Northwest near my home in Hudson. I was so happy I called, and they said, come on down, so I went down within 15 minutes and boy was I surprised They were great. They took the car for a test drive troubleshoot the codes and I was on my way within 30 minutes very friendly people after the diagnostic, I was so happy I had my car running and nothing to worry about. They were very patient and explain everything that the machine read through my computer. They took the time super friendly and not phony, and I recommend them to anyone who has transmission problems.
