“I am so grateful for the incredible care and very professional customer service I received here. I have taken my truck to the dealerships around here and not only was I ripped off by them, but they took weeks to fix my truck on things that should have been an easy fix and only taken a day or two at most. Half the time it seemed they didn't even know what they were talking about. My husband had to bring things up, and they still had no clue what they were talking about. All I know is I will never go back to a dealership again. Stirling Auto was godsent. I heard of them through word of mouth, and when I looked them up I saw the amazing reviews that they have. Well clearly there's a reason for that because not only did they prove to me They knew what they were doing, but I got my truck back in a timely manner and I don't think it ever ran better! They did everything that it needed, and I am so thankful they were able to get me back on the road within the same week! They gave great detail to what was done, and explained everything to me without rushing me out the door. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my truck, I hope they're around for a very long time! We need more honest mechanics like this who don't rip people off, care, and do the work! “I heard about this place through Facebook recommendations. I usually bring my car to the dealership but I didn't want to travel. I have to say the owner was extremely knowledgeable before he even saw my car just through my description of concerns. he looked at my car which I am sure took a couple of hours to determine the exact issue but the Mercedes part was out of stock with no eta. he didn't charge me anything for his time. he could have took advantage of this situation because he spent labor hours on this I was shocked and so thankful. he gained a new customer today. I will be back for routine service . thank you for being honest”

“I just wanted to give a huge 5 stars to Embry and Sons for helping me out this morning!! I had recently taken my car into extra mile auto for my alternator to be replaced and then they sent it next door to the tire shop to have a tire replaced also... when I got my car back the a.c. stopped working and my tire monitoring system on that exact tire stopped working. Well I brought my car back into extra mile to have my air conditioner inspected to find out what the problem was. They called me to come pick it up and said that they were going through checking the fuse and something else and somehow the compressor just kicked back on out of nowhere. They charged me 220$ for taking out the freon and putting new freon in and fixing it. They said more than likely the compressor is going out and I should run it until it goes out and then come back and they could replace the compressor for just about 700$... literally the next morning my a.c. went out again!!! After spending 220$ to get it fixed.. well I just had a weird feeling they weren't being truthful at extra mile. So then I was referred to Embry and Sons from a close friend and it's nearby my house so I went in this morning they took my car in right away to check it out and while waiting the lady at the front desk had talked to us and was the nicest lady! A few mins later the guy came back in and said all done! It was a fuse that was only half way pushed in so I pushed it in and the compressor kicked right on. My a.c. is still currently working and they saved me 700$ that I was going to have to pay at Extra mile where I personally feel was trying to rip me off and act like it was my compressor going bad... i am so unbelievably grateful to Embry and Sons for being honest truthful and helped me out so much! I will most certainly be using them for ALL of my future car troubles. I'm so glad there are still honest people in the world. It's few and far in-between so thank you so much!!”

He set me straight with a reality of only a 90 dollar brake bleed instead of replacing the whole abs pump and module like numerous other shops said was required. “It's a sad conclusion of our time that it seems you just cannot find good affordable honest repair service for your vehicles. Well. Heres a shock. Try Bennet's. I was traveling from Ga to visit family in Brandon. I had had my vehicle serviced prior to my trip. As I was crossing into Fl I stopped at Fl/Ga Welcome center. As I was pulling into the parking space there was a harmonic rubbing sort of sound. I had no panic lights, no anomalies on gauges or system operations so I drove on. When arriving at hotel in Brandon the same sound occurred as pulling into parking space so once situated I began calling repair services in local area. All I called could not look at my vehicle for several days. Even Bennet's was operating under a full schedule. But due to my circumstances they asked if I could bring it in the next morning. Wow! They drove it, diagnosed it, fixed it. Extremely fair price and excellent fast repair, great customer service. If Brandon was my home Bennet's would be the only auto shop repairing or servicing my vehicles!!!”

Tells you what needs done entirely, then even helps you know the immediate need and what can wait til later. See, its not always about the money! Amazing in today's world to find any business owners like this. I find it incredible and even awe-inspiring that a woman can run the front office as well as serve as frontline of the shop for such a busy family-owned business that has been around for so long. And still be a wife and mother in all of it. Hudson Auto came to me highly recommended, not by some simple Google search. I trust no other since the first service. Sad to read others below, particularly odd but its clearly obvious, that men in their reviews, reveal how they find so offensive that a woman knows more about their cars and care than they do...God forbid lol. I call it like it is, and the manager of this business knows their business, so leave it to the professionals and experts because she and her family have been doing this for decades and know what they are doing. Amazing, intellligent, respectful, sincere, and hearts of gold to boot. To the one-stars below, accept and don't let your pride get in your way that a woman knows more than a man when it comes to a mechanical fund of knowledge and expertise.
