I called to get clarity on a Uhaul reservation that had been changed by Uhaul. The lady from this location on the call could not be bothered to talk to me. She cut me off every time I tried to talk to her. As soon as she could guess at what I was saying, she'd cut me off. Terrible customer service.

This u-hall gave me one of the best experiences of customer service I ever received the gentleman there in the morning went above and beyond helping me get my things in storage

RUN, RUN, RUN away from this location. Go down the road and pick a different uhaul. I showed up for my reservation only to find the door locked and a sign posted on it saying out to lunch. While standing there, the employee showed up with food and drink in his hands and said he was closed and he was at lunch...for the next 50 minutes! He said for me to leave and come back. He said over and over that he was at lunch and they were closed. His lunch was more important than me. It only takes 10 minutes to check out a truck. I left all right and went to the uhaul 9 minutes south at 10314 us 19 and they were fabulous. Take your business there.

Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had and we have moved 10+ times over the most recent years. I hate doing these because the owner of this location may be great but his/her employee is awful (younger male working at 7:00 AM on 9/27). I walked in to be huffed at, so I could tell it was going to be bad. I wanted to try and make the situation better so I asked his hai day was to receive an eye roll and an "I'm tired response". He then proceeded to tell me he didn't have my truck but I had the paperwork and he eventually said I'll take it. Never a check out or anything.To me, my business, my character is built on service and reputation. And because of this person's response which has led me to believe the quality of work that he would do and the level of service would not be good for anyone else. I imagine someone a little more brass than I would have told that young man to straighten up and treat others how he wants to be treated.Sorry to the owner if this is not how you operate or want your business to be operated. I understand it can be hard to find quality people to work these days.I do not recommend here.

I stopped in to rent a 6x12 utility trailer. The lady at the desk spent 30 minutes fumbling through her computer system trying to figure out how to rent the trailer. She quoted me the wrong price on the phone and then tried to charge me more after swiping my credit card. I asked for a refund and she did not know how to process a refund. This was a complete waste of my time and fuel driving up there. Horrible way to run a business and much unappreciated!
