All very well they should only refund the money if you do not use the time for which it was paid for example if you deliver it a day later they add it to the collection but if you deliver it days before only your money is stolen and it is not fair, it should be the same for both parties.

This is the ONLY uhaul location that requires the employee to take a picture of you to rent a trailer. They also require you give an emergency contact. The payment info isn’t used from the app, you have to provide payment card even after you reserve with payment information. None of this is a crisis, but are they the only ones like this? Go somewhere else to avoid this nonsense.

This was not my original pick up location. I reserved a 15’ truck at a location less than a mile from me, but you forced me to go 30 minutes away to a different pick up location because my original location didn’t have a 15’ truck. You failed!

U-Haul will say 29.99 but after 4 or 5 hours you end up paying 161.00, such a rip off for junky trucks.

Agent was very helpful and accommodating. Although we came on the wrong date, he still provided our needs. I didn’t catch his name but he was excellent we were there on 12/28 at 9:45 am.

When Renting a Pickup Truck or a Van no where on the website during the reservation process does it mention that you need a Florida drivers license. To rent a van or pickup truck. The deed to my home should have been strong enough. I think the area manager who made this rule without updating the websites reservation process should be terminated from his position. As I was stuck with a box truck as I ubered to this location. Absolutely unacceptable and the managers should not be employed.

This was for a rental on March 12th, 2023.Called 48 hours ahead of my reservation to ensure everything looked good on their end, was given a thumbs up.Roger called the next day and asked if anyone filled me in on the new policies and I told him no one mentioned a thing when I called the day prior. He tells me:-Must have a Pasco County license-Must have proof of auto insurance-Must provide a selfie photoHe informs me that "a few bad apples ruined it for everyone."Convinced him to rent it to me the first day since I rented from them the year prior, but was told the truck needed an oil change on the following Tuesday that I also had it reserved for. Oil change at 7AM, my rental wasn't until 6PM. Not sure how long their oil changes take but 11 hours is quite a long time. So my second reservation was transferred to Beacon Woods... when I arrived there I was told they won't rent to me for the same reasons above.Apparently their management company implemented these rules and made it a complete headache for someone coming from out of town to rent a U-haul...This u-haul location is a joke!!!!! Same with the one at 19 & Beacon Woods. Save yourself the time and skip both of them.Go to the U-Haul of Jasmine Lakes a few miles south on 19, those employees are actually normal and laughed when I told them what happened and said they've never heard of such a thing but were able to confirm they were under a different management company. Had the truck keys in hand within 2 minutes and didn't lose brain cells talking to those guys.

Worst customer service ever was told nothing but lies from one of the workers spent 20 minutes on the phone with Chandler"the manager" and of course no surprise he has no idea anything I'm talking about hasn't been informed by his staff that I thought was communicating with him and now I get to pay almost $400 between being fees late fees and the balance of my storage which don't get me wrong I have no problem whatsoever paying my bill Ernie late fees that I could have established my problem is I've been calling and requesting a smaller unit because I didn't end up needing as much room in the bigger one so I'm paying for space that I really don't need. Also I unexpectedly lost two brothers in a car accident the same day and have been dealing with their affairs and their children and whatnot so I thought when I called in and explain this in my situation that they were not going to charge me a lien fee or a late fee due to the circumstances well and behold I go to call today and they want almost $300 not to mention the payment is due again in 2 wks. Yippy!!!!

Rented a storage unit and a one way truck, from Clearwater to Hudson. The staff at Hudson location were very helpful with unit rental and truck return. Everything was very easy, rental unit was clean and ready when I arrived. Great service
