Scheduled a 24/7 U-Haul truck share at this location. A very nice woman called to verify that I knew the location would not be open when I called and gave me an access code to pick the truck up. When I arrive, the truck is unlocked but there is no key in the truck, and there is a padlock on the truck door so it’s useless. I had to wait an hour to get my truck. This cost me extra money as I had movers scheduled at 8:30. Very nice people, very poor execution of services.

I was never given a receipt for how much I was charged. And when I reserved the truck, I wanted a dolly to make it easier on our backs. He had NO DILLY available. Completely disappointed in service.

I accompanied a friend who needed a storage spot. I will say the process was quick and painless. The area is clean and nicely kept. Valerie is a gem and I enjoyed her time
