Don’t know how this USPS hasn’t been DOGE’d yet. Never operational. There’s always something wrong whether it’s internet down so they don’t work or they decide to close down 15 minutes early and refused to help customers.

I arrived at noon for a passport appointment at 12:15 and was told there was a wait. After asking 3 different clerks - and another wait in line - my scheduled service finally began 45 minutes after I checked in. As I'm waiting for my photo to be processed, a guy walked in and shouted across the room that he needed a passport pic. He was immediately taken in for his photo. And I continued to wait to complete my scheduled service.

Lady at the front is no help at all appears she doesn't even want to be there nothing but disrespectful and sarcastic remarks the whole time very unprofessional and disgraceful

There was a short line but at certain times the line is out the door. There's two workers, sometimes. They can be nice or a little cranky.

I recently visited your post office to apply for a passport. I arrived on time and had all my forms filled out and ready. However, I experienced a significant delay because the person ahead of me was filling out their form very slowly, taking at least 15 minutes.
Despite being prepared, the passport application worker refused to receive my application until the person ahead of me was done, for no apparent reason. This resulted in a longer wait time for me and potentially others.

Spent all morning calling this location to see if they accept walk ins to do a passport and was referred to the website and checked the website and seen they accept walk ins. I headed over just for this older african American lady to be rude and let me know they won’t be taking walk ins all week……like really. Mind you when I first walked in she was so nasty to another lady that was next in line. Give me a real person that will answer the phone or don’t have it on the website they will take walk ins and don’t put rude people to work front and center doing customer service.

Had a really nice experience here, came to get change of address forms, filled them out, presented our IDs and we were on our way! Friendly employees and clean office. They were very quick to get to the next customer too. Great service here!

There used to be some good mail carriers here. Now unfortunately they are completely incompetent. Mail shows up on informed delivery but never finds your mailbox. Who knows what they do with it. Complaints to the Postmaster here are a complete waste of time. The attitude is they are doing you a favor by delivering your mail and we should be grateful for whatever mail they do decide to deliver and we should just forget about all the mail that never gets delivered. Absolutely no accountability.
