We have lived here for six months now, and would you all like to guess how much mail we’ve received? Probably six or seven pieces that’s addressed to us. We’ve had packages not delivered because “the name didn’t match the name in the box” and yet we nonstop get mail from all our neighbors. I’ve gotten my neighbors medical bills, their W-2’s, insurance. Just about everything you could think of. I’ve gotten full packages that I HAVE HAD TO DELIVER TO MY NEIGHBORS. Why am I doing USPS’ job? Every time I call or my Fiancé calls it’s the same song and dance, “I won’t make any excuses, I understand your frustration, etc “ but no change happens. Every time it’s another excuse. Before it was because the girl didn’t know the area, now it’s because there’s a new mail guy. Please explain to me how the UNITED STATE POSTAL SERVICE can even hire people that can’t read names, addresses and basic numbers? It’s common sense. And if you don’t speak to the manager, whoever else you speak with tells you if you’re having so many issues why don’t you just get a PO Box! How fantastic am I right! One of my packages said it was delivered, we checked and it was in fact no where to be seen. And then when we called and reported it, the lady proceeded to say she knows for a fact she put it in our mailbox and that we were lying. We haven’t received our sunpass, multiple Christmas gifts, my partners security license, or his W-2. Just don’t bother coming here, I truly mean that. If you need to get a PO Box, go to Port Richey or Spring Hill.

They need to do some updating on the interior of the building and the staff. THERESA needs to go into early retirement if you don't want to deal with people. I asked to speak with the manager for LITERALLY any clerk. Last I checked, USPS wasn't giving away anything for free. For an establishment where you have paying consumers this place is an embarrassment. There was one gentleman with glasses at the front who said she wasn't the manager but clearly needed to be. The manager didn't even come out to talk or address the issues, just sent another clerk out. This place representing a U.S. Federal establishment is a total CIRCUS! Feedback going to corporate office.

Run down and dirty inside.Don't make the mistake of asking the employees to get your package for you.Making them actually get up and check is first met with several irrelevant questions then an irritated eye roll before getting your package.Pretty sure the name and tracking number should've been enough.

I have 3 locations, two of them are serviced from this Hudson facility. Have had (bigger) issues at all 3 places. Mail that does not even match the street name much less the name on my mailbox, mailbox deliberately left open (my neighbor and I watched), my mail in the wrong mailbox. The numbers on my box are 6 inches tall, no mistaking the location unless you are (a) stoned, (b) drunk, (c) illiterate, (d) incompetent or (e) not willing to do the job. This morning I had 6 pieces of mail from a different address, including bills and social security notices. I delivered them myself (without pay) and tried to call the post office. These people are too lazy to even pick up the phone when it rings. Hopefully the National Complaint Center will give them an earful and straighten this disaster place out
