They've been blowing up my phone all day about my script are ready. I came up here in severe pain and the rude, very unhappy clerk says they aren't ready. Here I sit in pain 20 mins so far. This isn't the first time that this had happen. This will be the last time I fill my meds here.

Walgreens is still the best for your prescriptions and everything else but I'm going to need a college education on how to use the promo dollars that I was collecting just in case I got sick and I was broke. I saw the doctor this morning in level 7 pain by the time I got done trying to figure out how to use the Walmart box with the $2 I have left over from everything else I was in level nine pain and I to go. I've already done my grocery shopping so I do have food I just needed something a little bit more instant because I'm supposed to be getting two days bed rest. You can Only use $5. $10. $20 and $50 at a time. I picked up my purchases thinking I could use $25 then in the readjustment it was Penny picking to the point to where I was doing more work than if I just gone to work and prepared my own meals and everything else. By the time I got it broke down I had it broke down to distilled water and trash bags. I owe the cashier and apology the whole thing was 100% my fault I had no idea that there was so much attached to using those that it would be that complicated. The line started backing up and my pain levels were going through the roof. The cashier looked disappointed but it wasn't her fault. I'm not sure if I'm going to invest the time to study how to use the promo dollars once I'm feeling better or if I'm just going to give up collecting promo dollars. So if you have five promo dollars you can't just spend $2.50 and expect $2.50 to still be on there you have to spend the whole five all at once. But you also can't determine until you get to the register how much of it you are allowed to spend at one time. Because it seems like it would be $5 increments but once you get to the register it is not $5 increments it is $10 increments after the first $10. However collecting promo dollars for when I truly need them is a bust that's not going to work ever again. I have to start stockpiling things that don't need preparation in case I end up in this situation again. I still wouldn't use any other drug store then Walgreens. But new rules straight in straight to the pharmacy get what I need get out and don't bother anybody with anything extra. Leave the promotions to people who can handle it.

Even though this Walgreens is right in my neighborhood, I live in Beacon Woods in Hudson Florida. I never go to this Walgreens because the cashiers are snotty and the customers are intrusive rude and they deserve the snotty rude cashiers. This is a terrible Walgreens and none of the cashiers are any good and they’re also very homely, looking and dirty looking.

My daughter has a double ear infection and a rash on her arm. Went to the Dr and they sent antibiotics and hydrocortisone at 11 am. Went to other drs for an injury and her nap and went to pick up her meds 6 hours later. When I got there I was told that her antibiotics weren't in stock and they still had to mix the cream. It was 6 hours later and no one had called me. No one thought to tell me that they didn't have it so I could have her script changed to a new place. I am so livid. My 2 year old is suffering.

If I could give one star I would. IT may not bother the employees, but as a customer walking in the store the chances of getting robbed and jumped by a pack of bums are high. They do not tell them to go away. The manager said he would and went outside as i was leaving. I came back and they were still out there sitting. Can't even park on the side of the building where parking is mostly located because iam afraid the bums are going to take advantage of me being small and alone. As a beacon woods neighbor, I do not want them in our neighborhood. I've had bikes stolen, drunk bums passed out on my lawn and now i cant even go to my local drug store for some band-aids. Iam SICK of it. Walmart and WALGREENS NEEDS to get them out of our neighborhood!! I Can't leave my neighborhood without having one beg for money and THESE stores NOT doing anything is making it 10 times worse. I've been here 7 years and this being allowed is trickling into my neighborhood and it is NOT OK. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

They called me on Monday to remind me of a refill needed.Received texts Tuesday and Wednesday that something was ready.Waited in car line 15 minutes to be told it's not ready, will take 15 minutes.Returned an hour and a half later. It's not ready!"You can have a seat and wait" was the response when I explained the above.

Walgreens is my go-to chain pharmacy. I like the large selection of items ranging from OTC meds, cleaning products and other household goods. Walgreens also has the best prices for batteries of any retail outlet I frequent.

I understand that most places are short staffed right now but the pharmacy desperately needs to hire more people. The lines are so long, the hold time for the phone is extensive, and the staff is clearly overworked. Get them some additional help, please!

Monday 10/10/22Yesterday morning (Sunday) I called in a prescription refill for my pet and was told it would be ready this morning. This morning I called to see if it was ready. Then gentleman who I spoke with said there is no record of my pet in their system, even though I have used this pharmacy numerous time for this same prescription.FINALLY he "found" the prescription order from yesterday and said it would be ready "in about an hour". I won't be holding my breath, that's for sure.He was VERY rude, curt and unprofessional. The professionalism and quality of service of this staff has gone down hill over the past 6 months. If I could, I would have given this particular pharmacy a half star rating.

I love the phone service here. They call me when my script is ready to pick up. No more wasted trips or waiting lines.

Store should be closed......Store Manager should be replaced immediately. She has been a terrible example for the current employees. Favoritism is one of her weapons.PULLED ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS OPENED AT CVS, WHAT A DIFFERENCE. PERMANENT BOYCOT UNTIL SHE'S GONE!
