I’m sad to even give this place a star I have never had a good experience here. Every time I go to pick up my prescription it’s never ready there’s always an issue everyone the pharmacy is incompetent. Last time I will ever go there. Beware take your medication somewhere else people that work there are absolute idiots, no professionalism always excuses never a good service. Always so rude !! This place absolutely sucks. The one star is actually for LabCorp because they’re actually pretty good sorry they have to work with the pharmacy but the blonde dress like she’s in middle school in the front told me I need to call before picking up my prescription every time to make sure it’s ready. Horrible service.Come on guys do your job!!!!

Went through drive through for my prescription. Young guy tells me it's going yo take 30 to 40 min for my medication. (It's liquid) and that they will be calling or texting my number when it's done. It's now 530 (no call or text) and I went to get it the pharmacy is closed Now im going to be out of work for 2 days instead of 1. Thank you walgreens

The lady working pharmacy was so unprofessional. I tried making this location my home store twice now. This time my doctor called in my prescriptions yesterday, one of them “C2” was pending all day but the other was ready. I called to ask what was going on and she basically told me that I can’t make your location my home store I have to stay at the one on jasmine because inventory lately is hard to come by. Um excuse me? So you’re saying I can’t fill my prescriptions with you? I called again and spoke to the asst store manager. She wasn’t any help and transferee me back to pharmacy. The phone rang for 3 minutes and then disconnected. Zero help. Now after reading reviews for this location I understand it’s not just me it’s this particular pharmacy. I’ll just keep driving to Jasmine for my prescriptions. I will never shop here again. So tacky the way they deal with customers.

Never have I had a good experience at this location. Came here a year ago with appointments for my vaccines and they say that was not scheduled. I showed them confirmation and still wanted me to reschedule. Went to another location. Today I am scheduled for testing and not even open. Going to drive a little further for better experience

Be prepared for awful service and disrespectful staff. If you have a chronic illness that requires regular dispensation of medication, find another pharmacy or specifically check that your meds are in stock before you let these people touch your prescription. If your medication is high strength, be prepared to be treated like a drug addict seeking their next high. Do you like paying three times the cost of your meds?.. GREAT NEWS! This Walgreens will partially fill your meds and make you pay full price. Want the rest of your prescription, guess you'd better go back to your doctor for another script. Oh, and don't forget you'll need to pay full price for it... again, but the store will still screw it up anyway. So get used to it. But wait.... Did you think you could just complain and the management will help?!?.... NOPE!!!!! I tried that, and instead I was met with a regional manager with an attitude that repeatedly made excuses for her staff and kept feeding the blame for the experience back on me. Classy! This pharmacy is too big for its own panties. They do not care for one moment about their customers or the experience they are providing. Must be nice to practice business with zero integrity and still have the capital to keep going.

This addresses the poor excuse of the pharmacy at this location. Two of the pharmacy techs, who I won't mention by name but know who they are. I'll just refer to the as Grumps. They like to yield more power that they have. We recently changed our prescriptions to Publix because of them. Yesterday topped it off. Husband tested positive for COVID on a home test with symptoms. His Dr recommended going to Walgreens to be tested and get Paxlovid. Appointments were made yesterday at 8 am with confirmation for later in the day. We arrived at the appointed time with no cars in the drive thru only to have Grump tell us there were no appointments, they were done testing for the day. I tried to show confirmation, she wouldn't look. Told us to leave the drive-thru (still no cars) and come back in 10 minutes. Still no cars in the drive thru and we came back in 8 minutes. Grump informed us it hadn't been 10 minutes yet and we'd need to leave again. When we finally were able to get tested I asked about the 2 hour turn around time advertised on their website as well as our conformation and Grump said NO could take up to 24 hours. Here we are Labor Day husband still in bed and I'm feeling pretty rough myself. No results and the pharmacy isn't open today. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from WALGREEN"S at Hudson Ave and Little.

The female I just spoke with was very rude. (9:30 am, Aug 9.) I asked her if I could buy medication through the pharmacy window after my rapid test. I have a sore throat so she didn't understand me and just said "What?" I repeated myself politely, she cut me off very abruptly, informed me how to purchase. I said "Okay, thank you." (politely), and she swiftly hung up. I'm not sure who hired this individual, but she should be reconsidered. As someone who works front desk for a business, this was terrible customer service.

So I get a text that my Rx is ready. I get here and am told "oh it will be about an hour." TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! And this is not the firsttime! If I could give them a -5 I would!

Pharmacist and most of the assistants are so helpful and nice! Life happens and not everything is perfect but I would recommend using this pharmacy as they are quick & efficient. I recommend putting in your prescription refills online before you go so it’s easy. Really like this location!

Walgreens at Hudson and Little is horrible! I wait forever when I go in to pick up prescriptions, so I chose delivery, been a week and I still do not have my high blood pressure medication. I called , waited on hold over 10 minutes n then just got hung up on. I submitted 3 more prescriptions, and it says that it's in progress been 5 days on them. Find a new pharmacy if you need fast dependable service!
