Hope you don’t have pain or need medication lord if you’re a cancer patient or have a failed back surgery with hardware in your back do not EVER fill your script here they won’t fill it they will discriminate against you and act like you’re a drug seeker. Terrible terrible terrible the pharmacist shouldn’t even have a job. I can’t believe that’s how they treat people. What they do to people should be illegal absolute cruelty against people in pain. They treat guidelines like laws with no exceptions or regards to people in pain disgusting behavior they genuinely would rather see you in pain it’s truly a shame it’s gotten to this point they completely lack any compassion or care for people. I repeat Don’t ever go here the pharmacist is cruel and has an absolute power trip believing only her narrative. Even if your doctor wrote you a script she will not fill it thinking she knows better than YOUR DOCTOR. SMH.

Store employees were rude and would not help me I went to the counter to ask for help I told her I couldn’t find my items she told me it should be in such and such aisle I told her I couldn’t find find it and she straight up told me she wasn’t going back there to help me

The Pharmacy at the Hudson x US 19 location is always helpful and available to answer questions. I made a mistake and went to pick up my prescription but I had forgot to refill it. Chynna, at the drive-thru, managed to get it filled quickly and with a smile!

They don't know how to process saying I need prior approval I called my insurance company and was told approval was good for 1 year and was submitted in August I'm moving the prescription to Publix pharmacy

They messed up on my prescriptions. They all were mental meds and you can't stand your self without meds. They gave me a half fill on one of my meds, than they loose there copy of how many pills they gave me. Sometimes auto-fill fills my meds early, I have to pick them up anyways or they will put them back. Then they will leave it as a fill, and you can't pick up the meds until next month. But sometimes they get it right. But they are slow when the line is growing at the window. There is is 3 people filling meds and a half one for register. They need help now.

Went to pick up meds last Saturday. They didn't have it. Said it would be in Monday. Today is Friday and it's still not here. This isn't the only time it's happened. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

No problems. Convenient entry from either Hudson Ave or US hwy 19. Parking area well lit with ample parking. Greeted as I entered the store, continued to the pharmacy where there was no wait and the prescription was filled and ready for pick up. Scanned the shelves for the bright ORANGE price stickers, the tell tale signifier of clearance items awaiting a frugal shopper to give way to the often huge discounts on quality products. A smile and have a good night from the cashier as I exited the store.

Tried to get RSV vaccine during my pregnancy here and the female, older blonde pharmacist gave me the HARDEST time to get it. She just did not want to take the time and work with me to get it nor did she care. She rolled her eyes constantly and scoffed at me multiple times. I’m just trying to get protection for me and my soon expected baby - it should not be this difficult. I literally wanted to cry. I finally received the vaccine after going back and forth for an hour. Her demeanor and attitude completely changed when my doctor confirmed I could get the vaccine with her coincidentally. Now I’m rolling my eyes. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Was reading reviews after this experience and apparently I’m not the only one who has experienced this type of customer service here. This location really needs to consider hiring a nicer and more HELPFUL pharmacist if I am not the only one who went through this!

Drove all the way to pick a prescription up and they were closed at 6pm. On the window says 9am to 9pm.

We are switching to THIS location due to the one on Little road and Hudson Ave pharmacist and technicians being disgusting human beings, rude, nasty, liars about our prescriptions not being with them. Ever since we switched to this location (US19 and Hudson Ave) we've experienced nothing BUT a pleasant experience with the technicians and pharmacist, and I make sure I tell them when I speak to them. They answer our questions and concerns in a very nice way, explain what the problem is without an attitude, unlike the other Walgreens. Maybe the store Manager at the other location should take some training or advice from the pharmacist/store manager from this other store so her employees can learn how to talk to customers.Walgreens on US19 and Hudson Ave, thank you for not discriminating us for the meds we are on, thank you for always being pleasant to talk to and thank you for communicating any issues you guys may encounter in a very nice and professional way. We understand you guys are busy, and handling a lot of other patients, making your job extremely stressful, we appreciate you. Please, please continue to be this way. When the respect is mutual (Patients and employees) it turns into a beautiful thing!! Again, thank you.

Or maybe have them take some customer service classes because they are lacking in that department. I don’t understand why people just can’t be kind anymore.

ONE SORRY STORE ? Walgreens is the worst pharmacy to order or have your prescription medication when it comes in they email you do you want it delivered or pick up you tell him you wanted it delivered don't bet on it arriving in the next few days you'll wait over a week to get it maybe get it and every other day you will get a text do you want to pick it up or do you want it delivered when you speak to someone they passed the buck to the next person that brings your stress level over the top then they want $5.99 to deliver it I am FINISHED with this Walgreens taking my business elsewhere
