Brian is a wonderful person and I enjoyed our interaction today. As far as the company and process it was easy. I will say I felt more like a reverse car sales environment. I told the online quote I had rips in my seats (14 year old car) and normal wear and tear of the outside. It quoted 1967$. Brian walked the car and saw everything I sent in and I will be honest we found my rear for latch was faulty and their engine code machine on their tablet pulled 2 errors. The problem is there was no engine light on and I had Autozone pull it before to be safe and there was nothing there. After going back and forth with his manager he finally got to $1,200. I can live with that, but I really don't trust the codes and feel a door actuator knocking $700 off the quote is a bit rough.

Place is a joke ! Told me 3 different prices over phone an get me in to waste time an offer junk yard price . I'm not saying should get thousands, but for what I had to sell . Shoulda been couple thousand not a couple hundred.
As well as say they will have the guys go over everything, an when in fact it's the 1 dummy an only dummy working ..
