I visited this GNC location on June 28th to purchase a tub of creatine. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the blonde woman working during the last hour of the day. Her attitude came across as very passive-aggressive and condescending.
While I was browsing multivitamins, she demeaningly asked if I had ever used creatine and questioned whether I even knew the differences between the types, despite me clearly explaining why I was there. This interaction made me feel talked down to and discouraged me from wanting to shop at this location again.
At the end of the transaction, when I politely told her to have a good day, she sarcastically replied, “Good luck,” in a tone that was noticeably insincere and dismissive.
To be clear, GNC as a company is generally a good place to purchase supplements, but when the customer service at a location fails to meet even the bare minimum standard of respect, it drives business away. Experiences like this give customers no reason to return
