Tried repeatedly to call in my prescription and was told on numerous days and times that the system was unavailable. Piss poor service!

Very poor customer service. We have been told numerous times we are out of your medication or the medication was supposed to be processed , but wasn’t so you will have to go to another pharmacy. Very poor!! No one seems to care.

Spouse picked up two of my three medications, didn’t tell him the third one needs to be ordered and won’t be ready until next week. I call the next week to check in for my prescription, 50 min wait on the phone and said they don’t carry it call the other pharmacy. I called the other pharmacy and they said Hurlburt has to cancel and I have to call for them to cancel it, then call Eglin AGAIN for the to start my prescription. This is RIDICULOUS AND THEN YALL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BE CLOSED EVERY WEDNESDAY FOR “TRAINING”?!? Training for worse service?!? GOLLY I just want my prescription and in order for me to even talk to my doctor I have to wait three work days?!?! Seriously.

I have the hardest time getting my prescriptions filled no matter what method I use, Genesis, the text messaging and no answer on the phone. My doctor put in refills on 1 of my medicines and the pharmacy marked it no refills

Called last week to activate my prescriptions, system doesn't show them. Called back to speak with technician and told the order is in and my refills were activated and can be picked up after 2pm.Drove to base waiting 45 minutes and told they didn't get done and will be ready at 4pm. I told the pharmacy I would be back early next week to pick them up as I had other appointment that afternoon.Today I go back to scoop my meds and told the system shows none and my doctor likely cancelled them.I call my off base physician and they show the meds STILL ACTIVE until May of 2024. What the heck is going on with this system that drops refills out of access to retirees?Cannot get straight answers as it varies from day-to-day. So frustrating.

Ridiculous customer service, waiting well over an hour to activate a prescription and was caller 3 and 4 that entire time. Their voice message states there are 3 ways to activate a prescription and only give you a website with 238 characters in the web address.
