“I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. From Cami and Melissa at the front desk to Mike, every single person I dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. Huge thanks to you all...you’ve earned a loyal customer!”
“This is absolutely not a place you hope you ever have to use. BUT if you are in need of a collision center, I highly recommend checking with the team here. I was incredibly impressed with the consistent communication regarding my vehicle. I knew every step that was happening and prepped on the next step. My bumper and panels look amazing. “On a rainy Saturday I had a tire blow out. Went everywhere noon had my size. Came here and I needed a tire. They didn't have my size but a similar size. Being a single mother with little cash I took the tire and it was used but looked new. I needed a 205 but they had a 215. I would recommend this tire place to anyone. Very friendly people. Very reasonable. I will definitely be back to replace my other 3. I would give 1000 stars.”

“I just want to share my experience with tire Kingdom and they're wonderful employees. I went there because I was having a alignment problem they quickly put the car in the air and before they got too deep into anything they checked all of my tires balance. Found out that I had a couple of very bad unbalanced tires and my alignment was off. Within an hour or so they had the alignment done tires put back on everything perfectly aligned. And their prices are for sure the best prices I've seen in the city as far as doing the alignment work. I want to say thank you to the staff that helped me and provided me with the extra knowledge I needed to know about my car and how to fix it and keep it perfectly aligned. The whole staff there commitment to the job and service skills were impeccable thank you all so much.”
“Received a nail in my tire on the way to FWB. I called Tires Plus close to where I was staying. They found the tires for my vehicle, scheduled me for the next day early and had two tires changed in 1 hour for less than the dealership charges for one including labor.
The staff are friendly and congenial. This is really a great spot. Highly recommend!”

“Service manager (Logan) was kind and helped me with drop off prior to business open. I appreciate these small gestures in any business. He was helpful with informing me on what services were recommended for my vehicle which matched with what I knew to be true about the state of equipment. (Nice to know they aren't recommending unnessicary services) They were quick to schedule me in and my service (alignment) was completed successfully with my steering wheel perfectly aligned after the service.”
“These guys are great! I lost my husband this year and he was always the one to care for the cars.I was lucky to find Pep Boys and they have done a wonderful job of seeing to my car needs. They explain everything and are so kind to me. I feel good and safe having them care for my cars.
I’ve been back to Pep Boys a couple more times since I wrote the first paragraph. They continue to amaze me with how competent they are! They truly tell me what I need to do or don’t need to do. How rare it is to find men like these that really help with what you need and do not lie and try to get you to do things to run up your bill.

“I just want to take a moment to recognize Ethan, Bradley, and Adam at Sam’s Club Tire Center, Fort Walton Beach, Florida for going above and beyond for me and my 11-month-old son today.
I brought my car in for a tire change appointment at 9 AM, and these guys did a phenomenal job. They had my tires changed and everything completed in about 50 minutes. I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything.
But just when I thought I was ready to leave, I accidentally locked my keys and my phone inside my car. 😭 My son was thankfully not in the car — I was baby-wearing him at the time, which I am so incredibly grateful for. It was extremely hot outside, and I was honestly starting to panic.
Instead of simply sending me on my way or telling me to wait for roadside assistance, Ethan, Bradley, and Adam stayed with me and genuinely tried everything they could to help. They spent around 30-45minutes trying to unlock my car using coat hangers and other tools they found.
Eventually, we called roadside assistance which had an hour wait time but Ethan went an extra step and called a friend who had the proper tools. His friend came out, and within about 5 minutes, my car was unlocked!
I cannot express how grateful I am. They could have easily said, “That’s not our problem,” and gone about their day. Instead, they saw a mom standing outside with her baby in the heat and chose to help. That kind of kindness and compassion means so much, especially when you’re already stressed and scared.
Ethan, Bradley, and Adam — THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me unlock my car. You helped a mom and her baby when we really needed it. Your kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond will not be forgotten.
People like you are the reason I still believe there are so many genuinely good people in this world. ❤

I've brought both here on two separate occasions and each time I've experienced great customer service, two tires that are patched and put back on the vehicle in under 10 minutes with a price that I don't think anyone can compete with.
