I wouldn't even give one star but I had to in order to leave this review. The store manager is extremely unprofessional as well as completely and deliberately ignorant of service dog laws. He would not even allow me in the door with my service dog. He asked for my papers which is not required nor is it acceptable to ask. She had her vest on stating service animal. I told him that it was against the law to refuse me to enter and shop with my service dog. He said, "not in my store". I may be wrong, but, it is NOT "his" store. After I was RUDELY refused, I googled the service animal Article III stating the fact that it is unlawful to refuse me with my service animal to enter establishments. I went back to the door and he locked it on me so i could not even open it to speak with him. I tried showing him the article for Disabilities with service animals, by putting my phone up to the glass but he took his phone and acted as if he was calling the police on me. I should have stayed and waited for them. I have nothing to hide. If he continues this behavior with service animals, Dollar Tree may be seeing some lawsuits. My service dog has been EVERYWHERE. I have NEVER had an issue entering a place of business. I am absolutely disgusted by the manager's lack of important retail knowledge and customer service capabilities. This will not be the only place I will be placing a review of today's unfortunate incident.

Would give -1 if I could! Rude employees. Child bulling! Miserable cashier named Theodore yelled at my child for playing around with a little lazer pen. I understand where she comes from, but I was standing right there and could have been addressed, instead of yelling at my child! And to top it of, someone named Nate, whom claimed it to be his store, jumped in defending her (I was not yelling, was speaking firmly) without even knowing or seeing what had happened… anyway!
Rude! Poor! Sad! I shop at the Dollar Tree stores for years, at least 2 a month! Will never set foot in this store again!

This is the worst Dollar tree I ever been, the manager is so rude. He denied us to use the bathroom. Some workers inside are disrespectful and have a very bad looking they also looks dirty. The store is unorganized. I’ll never ever spend my money in that mouse hole.

You would think that a store with the cheapest cleaning supplies in town could maybe, I don't know... clean? But such is not the case. This entire store is disgusting.
