A few weeks ago I went to cricket and Katy Soto attend me. Katy was quick to knowledge I was there and greeted me right away. She has excellent customer service skills. She was super patient and answered all of my questions about the iPhone 11. If you go to cricket has for Katy!

I went to Cricket recently to pay my phone bill, and this girl Katy was so helpful! She asked me what else did I need and if I was interested in anything else, but was so polite about it. I love it, I will always ask for Katy when going to pay for my phone bill or other needs there at Cricket!
