Incorrect hours posted. I went at 10:30 pm and they were all closed with lights off, although the hours of operation is until 11pm. Other than that, good customer service.

I came in with my daughter who had purchased a pair a Bluetooth ear pods at a CVS in a nearby town 2 days prior. She lost the receipt,but had used my CVS card # at the purchase. The ear pods were not what she had expected so she wanted to return them for the money she paid. We asked the cashier if she would be able to look up the purchase through our CVS card #, she said she didn't know, she would have to call a manager. We waited an additional 5 or 6 minutes, no manager showed. She says to us... "He must be upstairs" as if we should just give up. She didn't even try to call him down again. We left because she really had an "I don't want to help you with this problem" attitude. I have been in customer service for more than 30 years. That is not how deal with customers.
