I’ve picked up several prescriptions there in the last month or 2, & they have been helpful, friendly, & professional. Definitely a big improvement from when I used to go there a few years ago.

I literally just had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed today at the same time. I went to drop off my prescription for my pain killer and antibiotics after my surgery. They literally made wait 4 hours to get medications after a surgery which is insane. I am in excruciating pain literally dying and these ppl don’t even care. I cannot bare the pain if you know you know. I do not recommend this place to anyone! It’s unprofessional. Everyone have an attitude there and not compassionate at all. Need major improvement in employee

I have been to many CVS locations, but my experience at the CVS in Immokalee with Miguel, the pharmacist, was above and beyond anything I’ve ever encountered. His dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for customers set a gold standard for customer service.
For the first time ever, I saw a pharmacist personally guide and advise me on the over-the-counter medications I had picked up. He didn’t just fill prescriptions—he took the time to educate me and ensure I was making the best choices for my health. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
I typically don’t write reviews for CVS, mostly because I don’t want to deal with their long receipts. But today was different. Today, I truly needed help, and Miguel was there. I almost let my pride stop me from asking, but by the grace of God, I walked into this specific CVS, and Miguel was the person who helped me.
His kindness, patience, and commitment to customer care deserve recognition. If there’s any way CVS can honor or reward him, he truly deserves it. Miguel, thank you for what you do—you are making a real difference!

Horrible customer service . They never answered the phone or followed up with any of the voicemails. If you need your prescription please send it elsewhere. The pharmacy assistant doesn’t take the job seriously. Or check if you have any of your prescription. It took me almost three weeks to get a response back .

Ridiculous store policy Manager don’t know how to do their job!! I purchased 2 sodas they were buy one get one free they didn’t give me the discount because you only get the discount with your card so I ask cashier to please make a refund so I could use my phone number to get the discount 2 seconds after the transaction the cashier is asking for my ID I ask why you’re asking for my ID if you have my Receipt on your hands she said that’s store policy I ask can you call your manager so she can Override the transaction because I left my ID in my car and the Assistant manager Dorlie said that she couldn’t override it so they make you get my Id so I said you can give me my money back and you can keep your sodas.

Pharmacist is rude, rest of staff not much better. Took 3 days to get emergency fill, not helpful. Had scripts transferred to another CVS that was great! I won't go back.

The main manager of the pharmacy and his employees are always rude to my wife whenever she is there to pick up my son’s medication and always give her a bad attitude towards her. It’s been an issue for a couple of weeks now and I don’t know why they give her such a problem every time she goes to the pharmacy. They are very awful and they can be better if they tried.
