One cashier with 7 people in line. Guy in front had declined card , cashier trying to get card to work. Card kept getting declined? Asked about self check out right next to me and was told by first busy cashier ( with name tag no less) ONLY CASH at automated checkout. No problem! Whipped out wad of cash and really to pay for 3 small items. Then found computer was offline. ?Rude pregnant manager with big fake eyelashes came over and was fiddling with computer. No idea if she was manager , no name tag and wouldn't even acknowledge I existed in her important world. Asked her if it was broke . Zero response, nothing, just ignored me. Asked again and I guess she just did not wish to respond or deal with me as she messed with display. WOW! NOTHING! VERY RUDE!! Finally got through line and got out of there.Why even have automated self check out if they don't even work? Glad I don't go to this store. I will spend my money elsewhere. Went to Dollar Tree little north of there.CRAPPY bad attitude manager. Thanks BUT no thanks!!Save yourself the aggravation and go to Dollar Tree near by, much MUCH friendlier place!!!!

I love to shop at Dollar General and I had never gotten the most generous customer service as I did tonight. The Employee which attended me was A young Lady named Mia, very respectful and honest! I totally forgot my credit card and She walked out to my car to give it to me. Thank God for her honesty because I live in Cape Coral!! We need more like Mia!

Great service by manager Orlando very polite and courteous. Thank you that’s what we call visto Service he open a register went was needed and call the next customer on the line.

This place is has false advertisement on their items and they have a trip hazard on the main entrance of the front door my husband almost tripped on the way out no cone or warning sign and you can tell just by the looks of it it's been like that for a while smh

Out of politeness, when I approached the cashier, I greeted with a GOOD MORNING... and the old woman replied that... What did I want... It bothered me... but it was to ask about baking soda... And she told me that she didn't know anything... Hahaha I don't know why they work in a place where they don't feel comfortable... she responded that she didn't know anything.
