They take forever to do anything. My husband has been waiting over a month for his debit card to come in and he was told 7 to 10 business days tops. Now he has to wait almost another 2 weeks no guarantee that he will get this card either.

Absolutely do not bank here they are incompetent workers when I set up my account they input my wife's birthday as mine and that's not the biggest part of it. I would not recommend this bank or this location for anything. I will be filing a complaint with the OCC.

I've never been inside so I can't comment on customer service. The one star is based on the ATM machine. It's always broken, why?
