Really like this goodwill has GREAT selections got cute flare jeans and even a cute black jacket and sum clothes. Awesome selections I have to say. The only bad thing abou this goodwill is that it only has 2 fitting rooms so it takes sum time to finely change and see if ur clothes fit or not.

Went to immokalee good will 06/08/24 purchased a step ladder before I left store me and cashier noticed it was broken she called for shift manager Aricela couldn't get my money back or a voucher had to get something right then to equal up to what I purchased everything was trash so I payed extra to get something new Heather the cashier was very nice she went to the back to let them know i said I was going to call CORPORATE on Monday so this lady name BOBBIE came to question me about what I said she was really rude and said who cares because good will is going to tell you the same thing with a really NASTY ATTITUDE. I will never ever go there again also I always DONATE my extra CHANGE to them. SHAME ON GOOD WILL for hiring a MONSTER.

I really like this Goodwill because it's got a great selection and I found some really good bargains. Having said that, I feel like you're being watched like you're going to steal something when you go to the dressing rooms. The past two times I have gone they have stood outside of my dressing room watching me put stuff in and take stuff out of my cart to make sure I'm not going over the six item limit and when the door opens they're standing there looking at me. I appreciate the fact that they're working hard and taking their job seriously, but it makes me not want to try on any clothes because I feel like they don't trust me as a customer. I'll definitely keep coming, but I'll probably just take the clothes home and if I don't like them, re-donate them if they can't be returned.

Nice and clean. Much to look through in the clothing. They have a lot of shoes. They do not have large appliances. They do have a good variety of small appliances. It's a nice place to shop. I like the 50% off on a different color every day.

Went the other day to buy several books. Signs posted state Hardbacks 3.99, paperbacks 1.99. The cashier rang them up as 7.99 hardback and 3.99 for the paperbacks. Questioned her on the prices and she said that's the price. I showed her the sign showing the prices she didn't care. They lost a sale since we left without buying anything. How many times have they rang up books over priced and the customers didn't notice because they bought other items????

?The manager and two oldest employees of the goodwill in Immokalee are rude, poorly educated and thieves, who apart from not helping with the furniture you buy, close the doors in your face and let the furniture get wet outside while you He uploads them and when some ask a question to the person in charge, she is a despot, rude... I DO NOT recommend IMMOKALEE's goodwill?

The Goodwill managers in Immokalee do not accept things that you buy at other Goodwills, they say that this is a loss for their store in Immokalee,....that you have to travel no matter the distance to exchange them where it was bought XK they do not They accept them there, Goodwill is owned by other people and does not belong to the same chain of Goodwill stores, they act very despotic and have the dressing rooms locked all the time.

Needs to remove older items which have not sold.SENIOR DISCOUNT needs to be two days per week, so an older gal can make it in to shop.

This is a very clean goodwill with excellent staff. Item do not last long which means daily or every other day visits are necessary. Being a crafter I've been able to furnish my craft room with regular visits and wonderful finds. It's worth the visit.
