The employees working at lake Trafford location did not meet the standards of appropriate customer service. I was told it would cost $100 to bring my own phone and open a line. When I asked another employee at another location they told me a number that was less. I went ahead and turned on my phone at the lake Trafford location and they added an extra line that I never asked for and I paid for it. When I asked nobody could give me an answer as to why I had that line. When I called the customer service line they were unable to help me because it has everything to do with the location not with them. When I went into ask the lady was rude acted like she did not want to speak to me made me stand there thinking that a manager was coming when he didn't ever come . And to compensate me for being number one overcharged, two being robbed essentially, and for dealing with the rude and unnecessary customer service that I was provided, they gave me a speaker which I didn't want. I guess the best way to say it is it to hit or miss with these people. I just want everybody to know that the service here can be crooked.

The Latin receptionist is not very friendly. I added the Mica and without asking I thought they were free and I charged them when I didn't ask for them.

I went in today to upgrade one of my phone lines, the older Hispanic employee was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and helped me transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone. I was very pleased with the customer service I received, that I went back to purchase a second phone.
