I wanna say thank you to the lady working at this post office. I didn’t catch your name but you made my day. She helped me find a missing package and went above and beyond for me. Our mail carrier in Ave Maria tends to lose our packages in the community somewhat often. However, the lady at this office that called me back the next day is a life saver. It means a lot to me. After spending good money on something, losing it, and feeling so discouraged… it means a lot when someone steps up to help. Thank you!

Great USPS location, the staff is always helpful and efficient! During season it can have a long line but they try their best to be quick and efficient. If you don't want to wait in line during season go at 9am or after 4pm. Off season there is very rarely a line.

This place is so stupid. How are you going to have one person working the entire facility with no body grabbing the packages or anything else. It took me 40 minutes just to be able to get 2 packages with a line going out the front door. Get your stuff together or hire more people to work on fridays

Apparently the guy today doesn't have knowledge of package sizing & acceptable labels. Priority mail goes up to 70 pounds.. rejected a 10 pound package. "To heavy for Priority, needs to go Ground." - Well thats completely wrong.Post office ignored all phone call attempts made throughout the day, in hopes to talk to someone with knowledge. Rings for 4 minutes then goes busy.

Great if you don’t have to ask any questions. The older woman that works there is always short with responses. Has no concern about customers experiences.

Honestly I never write reviews but after this experience I’ll probably drive to Naples just to drop off packages. There’s a Hispanic lady there that is very sweet and kind, she’s the one who I usually drop off the packages to. But this time I had the horrible luck of being with an older white lady probably in her 70s. She had me pay $20 more for shipping!And I get that it’s my fault because I put the weight wrong (by 1 pound) but there was a super long line and she starts lecturing me and saying “how would you feel if this was your business.” Like lady, it’s not your business either. And I said well I’m sorry I’m confused because the lady that I usually go to never tells me anything and she’s like “because she probably doesn’t care. But you are not stealing from us.” And proceeded to go on and on. I get that it’s her job but she went the extra mile to be petty and rude. Never going there again!

Horrible Service! In any way they could be uncooperative they were, I was in the middle of a very long distance move so I didn’t have things readily available, Everything I asked for, they didn’t have. No tape, not a piece of paper, not a pen, not a marker…yet I saw that she had all of these items for others, I was more than willing to buy all of them, I was finally able to buy a roll of tape they had behind the counter, tear up a priority mail envelope to use as paper, and bum a pen off of a kindly person, but alias, they still won, for I didn’t have a marker to cross out what was written on the box, or did they?? I took the box to the Fed Ex down the street and had no problems whatsoever.

Worse service! The lady be throwing your packages at your front door and she has been leaving my box open which has caused mail to be loss. They need to hire a new lady?

Moved here two years ago and we have never experienced the issues of stolen mail (gift cards). Received packages from Amazon that were opened. Our neighborhood has been requesting our own post office for some time now and it's gone nowhere. Now we drive to Naples to take care of our mail being sent. Just so tired of gifts not arriving to the grandkids. Neighbors always dropping our mail off that was put in their box. Enough already.
