Bought some work boots and added warranty on them. So have to take back my not to nice review. The guy has been trying to contact us but we haven't answered. Just came he had this boots since 1 week after I made the complaint on torn boots. Got the new exchange ones they are brand new. Thanks ABE for taking his time and helping me out and for his patience on me not taking his calls. Great job on keeping your word on what ya promise at Zachs

Stopped in for some info on T-Mobile. Can't lie - Abe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- he explains the promos in such a simple way. I recommend this T-Mobile over others for their honesty and professionalism

I purchased an item online from this store and have been trying to return it for 2 weeks without any contact from this business. I filled out the form on my online account to return and there was nothing that indicated that the return was processed. I am reluctant to ship the item back without any confirmation. I've called the business, emailed customer service twice and messaged on Facebook. None of these attempts to contact customer service have been successful. Perhaps this is a great bricks & mortar store, but proceed with caution before making an online purchase!

Was in great need of some warm clothes to deal with an unexpected cold snap. Low expectations for this local dept store. Huge surprise...Super service and selection and again cannot emphasize how great the customer service was. Young fellow who was the manager on duty was great, helped me and another fellow in the same predicament. Walmart and Target...look out.
