one time my uber passenger wanted to stop here on the way home. next thing i know i see the clerk handing him a mop and he proceeds to mop up the 12-pack 🍻 he dropped off the counter. he tipped me $40 for the wait. 💰

Ever since this location was acquired by its new owner, the service has been declining. The building and the equipment are falling apart and it is always dirty in there.

Slurpee machines are consistently working far more than any other 7-11 in the area and the area is always clean. Pam is always so friendly and the store is kept up to a high standard.

No coffee at almost 5am and clerk refuses to brew any , stating they brew at 6 am

This is the worst convenient store around. The night shift woman worker is three rudest employee there. She is a outright racist, I've been there multiple times over the past couple months due to a contract overnight job in the area. Everytime I've came to the store she makes rude remarks, as if I am deaf. I go there and buy my snacks, I spend my money, I go in there on my cell phone and she had a problem, called the police and told them she doesn't like me coming in the store on MY phone. And wanted to get me trespassed. I've filled a complaint with corporate and BBB. I am hoping that anybody else that has experienced an issue with this clerk speaks up and hopefully 7-11 can do something about this. In this 2024 age, racial discrimination should be something of the past.

Nothing is priced right, really scammy. Huge sign says 5 dollars for a large pepperoni pizza and rang up for 14. Hot food thats in the warming tray is old and never refreshed.

Took my children in to get free slurpees this afternoon. The lady working the counter was incredibly rude. We were treated as if we were inconveniencing her by being there, despite us being as friendly as possible. I provided my rewards number. She said sorry, no free slurpees. She indicated it was due to something not being confirmed with my account. I go through 5 minutes of downloading and setting up the app. She offered no help. Finally we scan it and she says, one free slurpee for our whole family. The other location on another day we were in and out in 2 minutes each with a slurpee and the person had been so kind to the kids. To make things worse, a couple people came in during this time that must of been her "favorites" because her whole demeanor changes and she started acting kind... to them
