Rooms: Small but up to date.
Nearby activities: Canova Beach access is directly across A1A. But there is no crosswalk. Your your own crossing busy A1A. The crosswalks are short distances either way. The Cuban restaurant next door is very good but a bit on the pricey side.

This was a fantastic experience! The rooms were very clean and well kept. The location is a 10/10 as I could see the ocean from my hotel room. There is plenty to do close by as well! However, what made my experience so great was the manager Nancy! She went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I wasn’t able to get in until late, and she stayed and waited up for my family and I! We will definitely be back!
Rooms: Very clean and spacious.
Nearby activities: The beach is right across the street!
Walkability: It’s only a 10 minute walk to different stores, restaurants, and grocery stores! Also the beach is right across the property!

Front desk only open from 10 am - 10 pm, we got there after midnight and couldn’t check in so we had to go to another hotel. No ice machine, no breakfast, no pool, only positive is it’s affordable and within walking distance of the beach.

Well I booked in advance and was good to go. I called the day of getting there and they said my card declined. I told them that I have a receipt saying otherwise. Then everything was good to go. When I got there the rooms do not look like in the pictures online. There is no pools. My toilet in the so called bathroom was so wobbly. The TV only had a couple channels. The fridge was rusty all on the bottom.
Rooms: The rooms don't look like what's online. I don't know where they took these pictures from.
Walkability: Beach access was the only good thing.
Noteworthy details: I will never use this hotel again I'm sorry.

Positive: location, room size, comfortable bed.
Negative: reception with a few friendly faces, zero cleaning service, the photos do not match reality. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, noisy air conditioning, shower doesn't heat up, dead cockroach. I CLEANED MY ROOM MYSELF.
Conclusion: I don't recommend it!

Cool little place to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. It's not the Hilton, but it's a nice little place to stay. I recommend it, especially for the price.
Rooms: Clean and spacious. The tech is behind the times, but I didn't come here to watch TV...
Safety: I would feel safe letting my kids and/or wife walk around the place.

This place WILL NOT provide you a receipt for your stay. I've asked 4 times and keep getting the run around. I can only assume they are charging me for items not approved or why else would it be such an issue. I've never had an issue getting my receipt after a stay, until now. Sounds shady....

Reserved a pair of queen beds, got there and they gave me a single king room.
The staff fixed it and swapped our room quickly.
The a/c in the correct room did not work.
The dresser was missing the drawer faces on all 3 drawers.
The pool and hot tub are no more, filled in with dirt.
The toilet is mounted so close to the shower you have one leg in the shower to sit down.
Smoking area on patio outside rooms, let's smoke into a/c system so when the neighbors have cigarettes, you get the smell in your room.
Tile in the room and shower is VERY slick with wet feet. I fell in the shower 1st day and had to lay towel runners in the room and shower for safety.
The staff is very friendly and the across the 2 lane street beach acess is excellent. No cross walk so playing "frogger" to cross to beach acess.
Safety: Ground floor rooms have ramp for wheel chairs, no elevator to 2nd floor rooms.
Walkability: Restaurant shares hotel parking lot.
Parks and shopping within 20mn walk either direction.

When I checked in the entire time floor was damp with condensation. Beach town so I get it.Many electrical outlets didn’t work, so no coffee!No hot water on my second morning! In the middle of winter.A small closet but no hangers!The hotel nor Expedia would refund me any amount. Never consider this place except for location and safety.

No Pool, no hot tub, no hot water, moldy room, obnoxious low class guests, and overall didn’t feel like a very safe place.Very disappointed about the pool and hot tub no longer in service due to them being filled in with dirt. Pool and hot tub was the selling point for us when comparing to other hotels nearby, so it was quite upsetting to find out the one feature we desired was not available. Priceline had falsely advertised Pool and hot tub so we contacted them about it and only offered us 15% off our next booking. Since no hot tub we were hoping to take a nice hot shower and hot water lasted about 2 minutes and the water heater break apparently tripped, so we took a cold shower and maintenance lady showed us how to flip the breaker and we had to continue doing that for every shower. There were other guests arguing loudly outside our room about cigarette smoke and our microwave was moldy. Other than that good location–you can walk across street to the beach, but that should be expect from a hotel on the beach. It looks recently renovated so you can tell they are trying to improve, service was good and maintenance lady was very helpful and understanding, but not worth it for the money in my opinion. Although a cheap hotel, a hotel like that should not be on the beach where people are coming to vacation. Seemed more like a spot to take hookers to for a night. I would spend a little extra if you plan on enjoying your beach vacation.Noteworthy details: No pool, no hot tub, no hot water, moldy microwave, few power outlets worked, and other sketchy customers and guests.

Perfect little beachside hotel. Reasonably priced. Not stupid fancy. Walking distance to the beach. Front desk help was friendly. Exactly what we were hoping to find. Coffee in the room wasn’t great…. But the price and location cannot be beat.
