It's 45 minutes or more to do anything at this place. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, or what time of the day it is. There could only be one person in front of you and you will stand in line for 45 minutes or more. The drive thru takes even longer. When you complain about the wait they tell you to do all your banking on the cell phone. NO!!

I use this branch pretty often and have never hd any issue with their service. I have gone inside to work with a teller but usually use the drive through ATM. It is convenient and is also a fast way for me to access my account.

Do I have to give a star??? I should have followed previous reviews. I am taking all my investments and accounts out of this Bank and will bring all my family and friends with me ah and family business! If you have ANY OTHER CHOICE 99% sure you will be better off going somewhere else!

The worst! I try to avoid this branch as possible, but continue to go because it's close. The manager wanted me to wait an hour to override a check (which literally takes a minute and a punch of a key). Multi-tasking clearly isn't this branches strong point.

The manager there did not have enough foresight to allow me to go ahead of some customers to have a notarization done which takes 2 minutes. The other customers we're opening a business account that takes apparently hours.

Bank of America is the ONLY bank I have ever seen where the phone rings forever and then they hang up on you without ever speaking to you. This is a direct line call to the Indianatlantic branch. I've had it with this bank and I'm closing ALL my accounts immediately!!
