I love supporting women-run businesses, but Coastal Bloom goes above and beyond. These women pour their hearts into every collection, every event, every detail. You feel it. The boutique has become a space that uplifts and empowers, and the energy is contagious. I’ve never felt more inspired (or better dressed!) since finding them.

These women make you feel seen, appreciated, and a part of something bigger. Coastal Bloom isn’t just a boutique… it’s truly the best community. I can’t imagine my closet without them.

What started as a place to shop has honestly become a community I didn’t even know I needed. Coastal Bloom is run by the most incredible women who genuinely celebrate their customers. I’ve made some lifelong friendships just from being part of their lives and their launches. The clothes are beautiful, but the people are what make this boutique truly special.

I’m from Canada and was truly excited to shop from this store. Unfortunately, some of orders never arrived. After checking the USPS tracking, I discovered that my packages were returned to the shipper before even leaving the U.S. because they were missing customs invoices.
I emailed customer service multiple times and only received one response saying they were “looking into it.” After that, I never heard back again — no updates, no explanation, no refund, nothing. Even though the USPS tracking clearly shows the issue, customer service simply stopped replying.
I never received my items, and I never received a refund.
At this point something feels very wrong with the shipping department. It almost seems like items are being marked as shipped when they’re not. Stephanie, you have a great business, but your shipping department is seriously damaging your reputation, and you are losing customers because of this.

I purchased online a blouse that never arrived. I filed a lost package claim , post office determined it was lost. After over a month with untimely responses from the shop. The shop simply said ,
They could do nothing else. So basically I was out $80. Despite the store saying they had package insurance . I always enjoy shopping Small, but this has left a bad taste .

I have made quite a few purchases since I stumbled upon them on FB. I am in the process of making my first return for a blouse Tiered Elegance. When I removed it from the cellophane package to press it I noticed the the two of the three bow appliques were incorrectly and the reverse side of the tie was showing. Unfortunately you cannot fix this. I had to email to return it, purchase a return label and leave it on my porch for a carrier to pick it up. It hasn’t been picked up yet and I find it odd that they only communicate by email and there is no customer service representative to speak with. I am dubious about making any further purchases. I think there package is also poor.

I had been shopping here for several months and spent several hundred dollars before I had a really bad experience. I ordered from a live show a custom blazer and Stef (the owner )..said on the live that a large would fit a 12/14 or maybe even a 16 so I ordered a large and I wear a 14 ..I waited a month to get this and when I put it on it didn't fit 😠..for 4 days straight I kept using the app to try to resolve this issue..I was given the runaround..its $75 blazer that didn't fit me so I thought they would at least give me a credit but no they actually blocked me from my account 😡..I don't want anyone else to go thru what I did..How unprofessional

First off: if you aren't watching their live sales, do it! They provide amazing fit notes and styling ideas.
I purchased an amazing black leather jacket with pearl borders. I LOVE it, it arrived so fast, was packaged cute and I wear it on repeat.

What a jyp joint. You buy a product that it not labeled final sale. You received the product and it doesn't fit. You try to return it, only to find out it was a final sale after being totally unaware. Don't order from this company unless you have read everything about it. Stuck with a $30+ pair of shoes and nothing to do with them. Thought this was a reputable company and found out the hard way that it is not.

I found CB through Facebook and noticed CB is not your average boutique for clothing. All of their clothing, jewelry, shoes, etc, are very unique and special! They also make custom CB clothing items. I am beyond pleased with all my clothes I have bought, and I have literally bought a whole new wardrobe. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the clothes, their customer service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond! I will definitely be visiting their boutique all the way from Texas!!

I’m a very hesitant social shopper…. I found CB somehow and started following the daily live. I’ve order I think 7 items over the past month and have been VERY impressed. Boutique quality, great prices, perfect packaging and on time shipping.
I. Watch. Daily. Now. And….she/they make me laugh when I don’t have time to go shop. ♥️?

returns are impossible.they make impossible,they require paperwork that they do not include with package.NO PHONE only return with store credit----email address is impossible. i hope they enjoy the $100 plus they profitted off of me. that was exactally what happened ---------they made a profit no customer care!!!!!!!!
