I have depended on Leslie and Martha for the past eight years. They have helped and supported me through divorce, retirement and the death of my mother. Recently my son received a letter from the IRS on a Thursday evening stating he owed a large sum of money due the following Monday. Not knowing what to do I called Martha Friday Morning. She returned my call promptly and when I explained the situation to her she jumped right in to help with a wealth of information and a willingness to speak with my son, explain things to him, instruct him on what to upload and send to her. She then had Leslie look over everything and called him back and set up an appointment with Leslie.
We had no idea where to begin after receiving a letter like he did. Emotions ran high to say the least. Martha not only helped him to navigate the entire situation step by step, but was able to provide stress relief that was priceless. When you don't know where to begin and someone with the knowledge Martha and Leslie have jump in and take control letting you know it will be okay and together we will get through it means more to me than I can express.
Thank you Martha for returning my call so promptly, especially on corporate tax return deadline day! Thank you also for your willingness to talk to my son. You provided so much relief for both of us...especially him. I could hear the difference in his voice after speaking with you. He had no idea where to begin and you provided knowledge and took action. You went above and beyond and I appreciate you more than you could possibly know.
Thank you both for always being there when I need you...and for doing the same for my son.

There customer service was great we use them every year to do our taxes and they are wonderful they get it done pretty quick and they are so friendly if you want a good account to do your taxes they are the ones to do it.
