I have used this cvs for 14 years. Overall everyone has been professional. Last night tuesday Dec 5th I went through the drive through and they could not find my chemotherapy meds. They said it was very busy and would call when it was found. When I got home I tracked my med and ups delivered it on December 1st. I called back to let them know and the pharmacist yelled at me and slammed the phone down.I contacted the manager.

Nice and friendly staff, always gets my prescriptions on time! Always feel confident when getting my prescription from them!

This place is an absolute joke. They have never had a single script ready on time. Not one and slow AF. You will wait. So be prepared. Or go somewhere else.

Not a fan of this location. The pharmacy is the worst. They don't answer the phone, and when you go in store, they're rude. No one is forcing you to work there, people! If you hate your job, get a new one!

This has been the worst pharmacy to work with. The never fill the scripts on time, unless I go in and ask for it to get filled, they will never actually even enter it into the queue. It’s just a dumpster fire all around. Because of insurance, I’m forced to use CVS, and I loathe it!

Have had many problems with this pharmacy with prescriptions for my father-in-law. They never have them filled on time it takes days to fill the orders from the doctor and then when they tell you they will have them ready they are not and they tell you to come back. Whenever you call over to the pharmacy nobody ever picks up the phone this has happened on every single occasion that we've had to fill a prescription there. I do not recommend this location at all! My father is 84 years old and needs his prescriptions in a timely manner and they never do this for him! People here are just incompetent and don't really care and not very helpful.

Awful on hold for 1 hour then this lady picked up the phone pretended she could not hear me and hung up the phone. The whole team must be very secure about no repercussions for rudeness.

Staff here are so sweet. Also, they offered COVID vaccines here and the pharmacists were all so caring and kind.

This pharmacy will not answer the phone. I have left my phone on hold for over an hour and they will not answer the call, any new calls the person just says "thank you for calling CVS pharmacy please hold" and puts you on hold. Any day of the week.

Very engaging staff. Even the woman who showed me where the personal health items were kept.....hey we are both adults and adults can discuss adult things. She said the older clientele have objected to some of the products on that aisle. Their loss.So we got our Gatorade, snacks and some cash........and a 6ft long receipt.....what is up with the longest receipts in the land? This pharmacy is the worst. They lose prescriptions often. They will say our prescription is ready when it's not.They don't remember regulars. They continuously get the same simple prescription wrong every month no matter what. They are not friendly. Less than helpful. It's so frustrating. I hate this cvs pharmacy and it's a shame Bc the cvs store itself is awesome.
