Called on a normal day, phone is put on Holiday mode, saying that they are closed. Couldn't get a customer email support response within timely manner either

They've always been courteous and professional. I did show up once during their lunch break, when they close. That was my fault, not theirs. I noted their hours for future reference and now plan my visit accordingly. This is a very small town post office with a very small staff. That means they have to close so they can take their own lunch breaks. I appreciate their efficiency in getting everyone served.

I really wanted to leave a positive review. Dell, I believe her name was, was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, saw me walk in with loose items and picked the cheapest option for me without me even asking. Smiled and had a great attitude.Then, some other guy came back from a “3 hour lunch” as he put it. Literally the 2nd customer he helped, the first thing out of his mouth was accusing this customer and trying to “jip him off by using fake labels.” Not even sure what he meant, then he proceeded to tell the customer to go back to the trailer park with a snarky and sarcastic attitude and other comments. I’ve never written a bad review before but after the way he acted he does not deserve a job that at all. Hopefully he isn’t too much of a drain on Dell’s day because she deserves better as do the customers there.

I’ve groused for years about our little post office’s lunch break…it’s long and late. And then it hit me. Why is it late? So working people can go on THEIR lunch break. And why do they close? So they can be fully staffed when all those working people DO use their lunch break to do their USPS errands. Otherwise USPS Indialantic would need to staff up through normal lunch time. As a taxpayer, I’ll pass on that! Pretty smart, right? And all it takes is a little planning on my part. Thanks, Indialantic USPS for the great job you do! You take those extra 15 minutes!

Dropped a package of $240 worth of sterling silver, nearly 30 days after shipping, the item had still not been delivered. This is why USPS will go out of business! Item shows as making it to Orlando and then just vanished. Of course USPS gets paid for failing to ship and is not held responsible for not fulfilling the service I paid for and won't reimburse me because I didn't pay for insurance! scam if you ask me. Their employees could easily open a package, steal it, and nobody is ever held responsible for it but the innocent person shipping it. Not again will I send my business to USPS FedEx only!

The postal workers are pleasant and efficient. I always do my mailing here rather than Melbourne Beach. We're lucky to have such dedicated workers.

What a wonderful post office! 10 people in front of me when i walked in, i was done and out the door in 5 min. The 2 ladies working were so cheerful!

I really don't understand all these negative reviews. It's a small town post office with a small staff. They're polite and courteous, and they keep the line moving. Yes they take a lunch break, just like everyone else does. If they hired more people our taxes would be higher to pay for it, so I'm happy with the way things are.Basically, if you need to mail something, come here and get it done. That's what a post office is, and they do it well.

Lame. This is no place for a working man or woman to go to. Wish I had that kind of lunch break. Just go to Eau Gallie or Melbourne and save yourself from frustration and disappointment
