I usually adore the friendly guys that work there.. & I have often come by almost in pjs with my insomnia .. however open 24 hr means open .. I swung by at 5:45 am & the door was locked hung around for 25 min thinking someone maybe needed a bathroom break or took a little nap.. But by 6:10am & tons of people pulling in I decided to finally leave and it was obvious nobody was there at all. I watched you lose about 10 customers.. So I pray there was nothing wrong with the clerk.. But it stunk having to drive all the way down to another store. 😣

Horrible customer service. The old gun running the store never takes accountability for fixing problems with anything. Doesn't answer questions. Doesn't help. Doesnt care. Hire someone else

I don't understand why this store cannot check there coffee machines everyday to confirm they have the product in them. Also need to train workers on how to maintain the machines. Was in on Sunday to get coffee, tried to get their automated machine to dispense, and the screen changed for me to choose hot or cold coffee, I hit hot and nothing happened. It did not give me the next option for cup size. I asked an employee, who was new, and he said both machines are in requiring cleaning and he does not know how to get them to do a self clean. Went in yesterday, Monday, and attempted to get some hot cappuccino out of their dispenser and in came out water, tried the Caramel Macchiato and just water, mentioned it to the young man at the counter and he stated he would let the manager know. Went in today and attempted to get a hot Cappuccino and all the flavors were dispensing water. Mentioned it to the lady at the counter and she stated she would let Nelson, her manager know. 3 Strikes, your out.

Always get gas and food & drinks there. I am a rewards member,so they offer 2 slices of pizza and a big Gulp for 4.23. Also 5 cents off a gallon for rewards members.

Really over being mistreated because of how miserable the staff that CONTINUES to work here is. From having issues with Zach whose now gone, the old man has attitude. Ask if you can simply have a food item heated, it's too much of an issue because he's all alone and has a online order in-between everyone. Over having to always change my plans for someone else's misfortune. Get a real team together ?

I've been shopping there for over 15 years. I've seen cashier's come and go, all of whom were great, including those working there now, not excluding the maintenance workers, everyone is pleasant, and it a pleasant place.?

NO RECEIPT AT ANY PUMP EVER.If your a contractor and save receipts for business. This place is not friendly to you. I have asked and they lie about salt air affecting the mechanism. Funny all the machines are broken. LAZY
