James and Michael did a great job when I stopped by because the microphone on my old phone had stopped working. Short wait time. They got my phone upgraded and put my wife and I on a new plan with lots of Hot Spot time for each line plus getting us into AT&T Internet Air with a resulting cost lower than our current monthly bill. Thanks James and Michael. Much appreciated.

Mr Lopez was a great help, and was great at helping multiple people, very good at multitasking and getting done whatever was needed. He helped get me a new iPhone 16 pro max annd set up a new internet plan that saved me money. Everyone there was patient, informative and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family

I reached out to James and he helped me A TON! I went from paying over $100+ for just internet with Xfinity, and he locked me in at $68 a month with AT&T! Super helpful and knowledgeable! Do yourself a favor and call AT&T and ask for James!!

So I purchased a phone in June it was an I 14 only because my I 13 had locked up. I was presented with a $20 a month payment and was told that the phone was only $100 and I was like wow this is a really good deal. However, I just checked all my paperwork a month later or so and the phone was actually $790, so I visited the store today and I requested the store ID and the Shannon who was working there would not give me the store ID nor would she give me her name, I got it later in the day, I said I had spoken with Cuban fella and a black guy, and she immediately went for the race card. She’s like we don’t have any Black people that work here and I can’t believe you would even mention that that’s racist. I said well he had. hair like a black person was dark complected so and then she went sideways again and you better get out of my store. I’m gonna call the police. She became very angry and very loud. There happened to be a local politician at the store and he was like mam you really need to just calm down ma’am, and she was sideways yelling. I would never ever go back to the store nor would I recommend it to anyone, In the past I had witness her Speaking ill willed towards an older couple and at that time. SHM Time to get my lawyer involved. Buyer beware stay away from the store. If the owner or Regional manager is reading this please

Do not believe a word they tell you. Store manager Emily messed up our trade in and billing, she kept saying wait for next billing cycle, it will be fixed. Nope! Over paying every month and the watch doesn’t even work outside of the States. The store will block your number to avoid to communicate with you. We have called 50+ times, left messages, we even heard on the phone Emily was right beside they they quickly hang up our phone call. We have filed complaint to ATT corporation, and FCC. Very frustrating situation the store has put us in. Hopefully FCC will sort it out soon.
