I have never been through a violent store before. I had to call the police after spending 4 hours in the store the previous day. Aaron decided that I came in with a certain attitude. I had a medical condition the day before, low blood sugar after four hours of the employees waiting on my sale and waiting on others while with me. That’s probably why i spent money being ripped off. I never got a contract leaving there. Another reason I went back the next day. But when I walked in and said, hey, you guys didn’t do a couple things. I spent a long time in here yesterday. I guess that made Aaron mad. Karina, who states she was the district manager did nothing as Aaron was storming back and forth outside and through to the back room. He stated, the other guy explained everything to you. I was just helping because you were in a hurry at the end. Again I explained I have diabetes. I felt the need to disclose my mild memory impairment. He was cursing and getting more angry. I was crying at this point. He’s a big guy but I didn’t want him to think he can just do that. I asked the district manager Karina for help. She said nothing. She let him rant and tear up and down the place cursing and yelling at me. After a minute I decided that it’s escalated to the point I need the cops. As I was calling the cops, Karina handed me like 5 papers stapled together. When I got home I looked at it and it was just the disclosure of “if you cancel we will screw your credit up so bad and take you to court”. That’s what they care about. Not a contract they don’t have to abide by. So of course Aaron goes outside to wait for the cop and of course the cop talks to the shop keeper first and then the story is skewed to tailor it. It’s ok, I worked with law enforcement for a couple decades and already knew this would happen. I was truly thinking that he could hurt me and needed escort out to my car.I have never been called. I asked for the district manager’s phone number knowing a district manager could not let an employee abuse a customer like that. I’ve spent numerous HOURS on hold or on the line with ATT. Only for them to do nothing and you have to call again. I am still within my cancellation time, so I need to think. I do think the FCC. Something is not right.

Brandon was very intelligent but not so great customer service. He would rather play games on his own cell phone.

We always dreaded upgrading our phones and watches at the store, but this was quick and smooth.. we were in and out with new phones and watches quickly!!!

Place is horrible the staff are under trained brought them a phone I got from that store two months ago iPhone 13 and the battery was about to explode out of the phone it smelled really bad and unhealthy they said go through insurance well insurance is a joke and takes weeks to do anything so they wanted me to upgrade or add another line to up sell me like I’m stupid they are a bunch of scammers I can’t wait for my lawyer to have a field day with them

Danielle is currently the manager of the ATT store in Indian Harbour Beach. Beware, she is extremely rude and disrespectful. She thinks nothing of speaking in a very disrespectful manner to her paying customers while working the floor. I was so humiliated in my exchange with her, that I paid off my phones and hurriedly left the store as she continued to talk about me loudly to the other customers while I was leaving. I left and canceled my contract with ATT due to her approach to the customers. Short blond hair and lousy personality.

I was talked into getting Direct TV & was told that I had 14 days to cancel. The device did not work in our situation. We returned it the very next day. One of the men took it, tapped the keyboard he was sitting in front of and said okay it’s canceled. I asked if there was any paperwork or confirmation #. They said no. But here 14 days later I have been charged $129.10 )the monthly fee) & entered into a 2 year agreement when I had the device less than 24 hours. Be way careful when dealing with AT&T

I have been doing business with Brian Roof for years and now that he is at this store I know who I can contact with all my AT&T needs. Keep up the good work Brian! This guy nows how to take care of his customers.

Do not go to this store, the employees are on commission and will lie to you to try and make more money. They tell you that you have to get add-ons, which you don't, for their own gain.Go to another store or order online if you want to avoid these scam artists.

Have always had a good experience here. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient… let’s just say someone was being ridiculously difficult and it was handled unbelievably well… at least I assume so, I left before I could see the finale.

I called because I got a letter saying I owed them 1,689 dollars, I never had AT&T. This came from a collection agency for them. Found out its bogus. Stay away from these people.

Everyone was very nice and helpful except Dylan the manager who was immediately short with me and impatient. I usually will put up with a lot as a customer because I know it's tough dealing with people all day but this guy has no customer service skills and came across very pompous. I should have gone to store at John Rhodes and Eau Gallie like I usually do!!!! Worst att store around.
