“I can’t say enough good things about Mike Ocasio at State Farm. Mike has been absolutely phenomenal to work with while helping my wife and me get our stepson properly covered for his vehicle.
From the very beginning, Mike has been personable, professional, patient, and incredibly easy to talk to. There was one day we spent probably 45 minutes to an hour on the phone going through question after question, and he never once made us feel rushed. By the end of the conversation, both my wife and I felt comfortable, informed, and confident that we understood our options.
I’ve spoken with Mike probably five or six different times, and the experience is always the same. He’s helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and if he doesn’t immediately have an answer, he takes the time to find it.
