I had a part failure, it happens, sure it sucks to deal with (the hassle and lost time to repair) but a refund or replacement should be sent asap. Can't say that happened with this company, calling them a joke is an understatement, just use rock auto, I've used them for years with not one issue.What happened1. I called to get a part approved to be returned, it was and i paid for shipping back and then never heard from them after the return was delivered.2. After two weeks of being delivered, I followed up with a call, met with they never knew anything about it. No file was created or a proper way to handle the exchange or return.3. This then turned into a long back and forth email exchange from the owner, in the end I was given a credit, honestly massive waste of time and headache.4. Now yet again the part I purchased with the credit failed. I'm honestly not going to go through the hassle to return it.Summed up, poor quality parts and horrible customer service, steer clear.

The seller FAILED to tell FedEx to remove the restrictions on the item I purchased so I can request FedEx to leave the item at their nearest office near my home so I can pick it up there when I get off work. I didn't want the delivery driver to leave the item at my door when I'm not home which did happen. This is not acceptable at all.

So I ordered a 2012 Nissan Rogue SV driver door handle I had to replace in March of 2020. I had to pay 70 to install plus part cost. I found out one of there Amazon sellers lost their review privileges for bribing people to give five star reviews. The handle snapped off when I went to go open my driver door And I have never been so concerned about people's safety.Response to owner: I bought the door handle from an authorized third party seller and when I went back on my order history to figure out where I bought it from because I couldn't find the page but it was no longer operational and I contacted Amazon by phone and they confirmed it was shut down for sending people postcards in the deliveries asking for a five-star reviews and return for cash. I also received the location where the part was actually delivered from which is your branch and I did contact them and voice my concerns and express that a door handle for a vehicle should not be breaking in 16 months and I felt that it should have been replaced under warranty since it was short of the warranty by just a couple of months and none of you even bothered to respond back to me so have a wonderful day and hopefully in in the future when this occurs again it will be handled differently.

Absolutely recommend them! It's the holidays so I called because I was hoping to reduce the possibility of my item not shipping on time. These guys are so good, I can't recommend them enough. The representative, Burt Angelo, even walked over to the warehouse to double confirm that my item will be processed for shipment today. In today's age of Amazon and big business, businesses like APDTY, are the last vestiges of just great customer experience. They even had the lowest price around as well. Thank you!

WARNING: Do Not buy anything from this company that goes on your vehicle in a place where safety comes first!! I bought the APDTY 536272 Steering Intermediate Shaft in 2018 and it has catastrophically failed causing my vehicle to lose control, lost all steering requiring me to have to close the road down until tow truck driver could get my vehicle out of harms way. I almost died due to the convincing marketing of this company persuaded me to buy an inferior part at full parts store pricing. I will find other ways to get the word out on this company because I can't sleep until I've done the right thing for my fellow brothers and sisters.

I am very pleased with every transaction I have ever had with APDTY. I have purchased from them since my son learned to drive and "clipped" his rear view mirrors on a mailbox 3 x!! At 1st they would assist with my part install but now we install ourselves they are very large and knowledgeable. They are absolutely not a shadey company. They were even mentioned in Fortune 500 as an innovative company. I am so pleased that they have my back whenever I need any part.

I paid 60 dollars to have them overnight my order (sent on Tuesday) because I needed the items for an appointment with the service center 5 days later. They waited 3 days to ship (Until 5pm on Friday); meaning that jack lift adapters I need won't arrive until a full 6 days after I ordered them. Since they waited so long it is also too late for me to find an alternative source for the adapters; meaning I now have to cancel and wait for another slot to open that is likely weeks out. Pro Tip: If someone purchases overnight shipping from you that likely means you need to ship the item in a timely manner -- not sit and wait 3 days. Extremely Frustrated
