“Dora was incredible! She helped me find the perfect replacement windshield wipers for my vehicle. She welcomed me with a smile and was eager to assist me in finding the best wipers that would last me. Bobby was very kind as well and did an excellent job installing them on my vehicle, he even demonstrated how to put them on. I would most definitely recommend coming here as their customer service and expertise is incredible!”

“Can't say enough good things about the people or the work done! They took a very stressful situation and made it pleasant - will definitely be using again if ever needed!”

“I had such a positive experience with Michael at Advance Auto Parts and wanted to make sure he received recognition.

From the moment I came in, they were patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen, understand what I needed, and make sure everything was handled properly without making the experience feel rushed or frustrating. What stood out most was the way they treated me throughout the entire interaction; with courtesy, competence, and a real willingness to help.

It is becoming increasingly rare to encounter customer service that feels both efficient and genuinely human, but that is exactly what I experienced here. Michael and Michael were knowledgeable, kind, and solution oriented, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.

I really appreciated the level of care they showed and the way they represented the store. Good customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and these two absolutely earned it. I left feeling very well taken care of and would gladly return to this location because of the experience they provided.

Thank you, Michael, for being so helpful and professional. You made a real difference in my day.

“Dave took my phone call and said a driver would be at my place in 25 mins. He was there in 20. Carlos was so easy to talk to and drove me up to the Honda dealership. Payment was easy. Dave followed up with me afterwards and made sure I was settled in. 10/10 recommend!”

“I want to highly recommend Scott for his excellent work. He recently installed my dash camera and replaced my blown speakers. I am very happy with the dash camera installation, as he concealed all the wires and ensured the cigarette lighter plug remained free for other uses. Additionally, my sound system sounds great now that he replaced the speakers, I highly recommend his services.”

“Absolutely recommend them! It's the holidays so I called because I was hoping to reduce the possibility of my item not shipping on time. These guys are so good, I can't recommend them enough. The representative, Burt Angelo, even walked over to the warehouse to double confirm that my item will be processed for shipment today. In today's age of Amazon and big business, businesses like APDTY, are the last vestiges of just great customer experience. They even had the lowest price around as well. Thank you!”
