Scott let me know the front speakers were in good condition and didn’t need to be replaced. He could’ve easily told me they were bad and I would’ve paid for new ones. He replaced the rear speakers, stereo and sub at what I feel was a very reasonable price. Sounds fantastic and my wife is beyond ecstatic! Thanks Scott!”

She was gracious, took the time to research his purchase, saw the error and refunded this charge.There a lot of ways this could have been handled. She picked the absolute best one.
