“Mark fit me in the same day I called today, 2 days before I have a 20 hour drive to Ohio, when my car started making a funny sound. I had some other car savvy friends take a look that couldn’t figure out the noise, Mark only had to spend about 10 seconds driving it before he said “right wheel bearing!”. He knew right away what the issue was. He didn’t have the part I needed, and Advanced Auto Parts delivered it right away. He even stayed late to fix it so I wouldn’t miss some important work meetings tomorrow, and did the whole job with a torn rotator cuff. I am so relieved to have this issue fixed after having trouble finding a mechanic who would work on VWs. The labor price was also very reasonable and even less than the VW dealership would have charged just to diagnose the problem. Thanks, Mark! I highly recommend him!”

“Can’t say enough good things about Rudi’s Auto Repair. In town for a girls weekend from Georgia and on the way had obvious car issues so Googled repair shops and Rudi’s came up. Feel like God led me to this place because I arrived on Thursday afternoon, called and explained my issue to Nick and told him that we were only in town until Monday. He told me to bring it in first thing Friday morning and he’d get right on it. We did and he did! Had car fixed by Friday afternoon and charged a fair price which is more than I can say for the chain or dealer auto shops. HIGHLY recommend this place. Family owned and operated for decades and Nick carries on the tradition of honest, fast, dependable work to this day! Don’t hesitate to use this shop for all your auto repair needs!”

“I was in an accident on the highway and my 2020 Mazda CX-5 was rear-ended pretty badly. I had my car towed to this shop, and am so glad! Everything was fixed and returned in PERFECT condition. I had confusing info from my insurance company who said it'd be 10 days before someone could come out to approve the shop. Greg said it is normally 2 days and I trusted him. Sure enough, 2 days later everything was all approved. This shop is run by the nicest people and my car looks incredible. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.”
