“Ricardo is the best! I had to get some signatures verified to allow EFTs from another bank and Ricardo figured out an easier way to do it and was able to handle my request immediately. And then when I messed up the paperwork he helped me do it again! I've always been happy with their service at the counters, drive up windows and the ATM.”
“I am new to the area and my usual bank is 1,300 miles away. I was struggling to find any local bank that would cash my savings bonds without me being a customer, excessive waiting periods after becoming a member (12 months?!), or charging me a fee to cash them.Truist was the fourth bank I tried and I should have just gone to them first! Diana helped me immediately and was able to cash the bonds without making me get an account (though after my positive experience, I’m now inclined to use Truist for my banking) or charging any fees. Diana was very friendly and welcoming and also very quick to get my bonds cashed. I will definitely be back to open an account when I have more time.”
