The 30,000 square foot warehouse that is now Beach Mini-Storage in Indian Harbour Beach was built by the Air Force for missiles. When the missile activity was moved to Patrick AFB, the building became a public mini-warehouse facility. It's rock solid and isn't going anywhere~concrete foundation, poured interior & exterior concrete block walls, steel girders overhead. It's built at loading-dock height not just for truck access, but flood protection. The facility has three entrances, including two roll-up bay doors tenants use to cart their belongings in and out. Security includes state of the art cameras throughout, the front entrance with two sets of locking, steel double-doors, each with logged and password-protected keypads for 24/7.
Can't say enough great things about this company and the family of employees that come along with it. For over 8 yrs the entire team has been so accommodating, helpful, and kind. Bittersweet to leave but it's only because I no longer need them.
