I took my car to Classic Collision in IHB because I read all the glowing reviews. The manager went above and beyond to NOT accept responsibility for the ADDITIONAL damage they did to my car.Classic Collision repaired my car with a faulty headlight. When i went to pick up my car they told me it needed a new battery, which was shocking because I had recently replaced the battery at the Mazda dealership.A few days after I picked my car up we had a lot of rain in Brevard. The headlight filled up with water and it caused my Mazda 3 to have a ton of electrical issues.I called them and explained the issues. I had it towed back to them to give them the opportunity to make good and fix my car once again.24 hours later the manager called me and said (& I quote) “Your car is ready to be picked up” I said great!! Was it the headlight causing the issue? He said no, your car is still dead and we can’t fix it, you need to have it towed elsewhere. He told me there was NO WAY that my headlight filling up with water would short out my electrical system on my vehicle. ? I explained that, yes it would for sure cause the electrical issue I was experiencing.I was SHOCKED! First of all, I could not believe the audacity of this guy to call me and say it was ready to be picked up when it was completely dead and not drivable.I live in Valkaria, 45 mins from Indian Harbour Beach. I called to speak to the manager and he would not return my call. I called again the next day and was told he would call me back and again he did not.I drove from my house to the auto body shop only to find him sitting in his office playing on his cell phone.I guess that’s why he was too busy to return my two phone calls in the days prior. The person who hit me initially had State Farm insurance. They were wonderful… Until the manager of Classic Collision called them (& the Mazda Dealership) and told them that he called the Mazda dealership and I had electrical problems prior with my vehicle, which was not true.I had to pay out of pocket to have my car towed to Mazda and pay for a diagnostic test because of what this manager said to State Farm.Mazda did the diagnostic test and did confirm that the used part they installed (a faulty headlight) did in fact cause my car to short out electrically and cause more damage because of their dodgy work. Also… the painted my hood a DIFFERENT color red and it did not match the rest of the vehicle.(See attached photos). The office lady was super nice but they pressure you to leave a good review from the minute you pick up your car.Beware of all the glowing reviews.I spoke to two more people who also had bad experiences with the Classic Collision in IHB.The manager spoke to me degrading once I had to return my car.He was rude and took zero accountability for the initial damage done to my car because of the work they did on top of making multiple calls to State Farm and Mazda in order to avoid repairing the extra damage they did to my Mazda3

Recently went here for work and was not at all disappointed. The work looked beautiful after and took little time. Everyone there is super nice and hardworking. I definitely recommend this place ?. After my accident the front needed all new parts to be replaced and some painted. After they were finished you would never know something happened.

I've brought my vehicle here in the past. They did good work. The poor customer service by the receptionist when I came in a second time was extremely disappointing. She had no interest in helping. Also, someone was in the managers office with the door open and just let her chase away a loyal customer.

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! This place is always professional and does great work! I recently hit something on 95 and it tore some molding off my car. Called and got an appt same day for a quote and had the molding fixed within the week. The staff are friendly and even detailed my car for free! I can’t recommend them enough!Service: Body & Trim

Having repair work done can be stressful. Classic Collision made the entire process easy, and my car was returned to me in pristine condition and was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. This is the second time we have been hit and had to a vehicle in for insurance-covered repairs. We highly recommend them!

Better than the one in pb!!..But still a classic Collision & until they rectify my issue with them regarding my recent experience, no classic collision is 5* to me. If one shop is allowed such awful workmanship to be passed as "completed," then it's clearly a company wide unethically accepted practice that they take part in, too.The man that was my claim contact had serious cigg breath but he was patient, spoke professionally and was kind.I wanted to take it here for the recent accident but it's not a Geico arX shop for non drivable vehicles. My girl from Enterprise was waiting here for me last time with my rental choices when i arrived. It was sO convenient& efficient. I really appreciate how this shop didn't make me feel like it was just another unrespectable, dirty, shady, cut cost & low standard kinda place- like the one on us1 in PB is!When i was told it was done and came to check car, there was minor debris issues in the paint and they immediately said I could leave it and they'll fix it. They redid clear coat& it was great. Months later, 6 tb exact, I notice there is clear paint lifting off, like a drip has detached.Lifetime warranty on work so it has to go back, but at least I trust this place with my car& I believe it won't appear vandalized when returned, unlike how the awful one in PB treated my car!I would never want my car in a body shop, but at least this location allows me a feeling of relief and not dread.

GEICO referred me here after a collision. The job was quick and staff very friendly. However, my car came back with a hood that didn’t fit right (too small) and a paint job that made my car look horrible. They claimed that the parts ordered were for my model car…even though the hood was visibly too short for the car. I showed them a picture of another car, same make and model/year (2016 btw) proving the work they did was off. They couldn’t give an explanation. They offered to continue to order parts until we got the right one. I took that offer once and they ordered the same undersized hood. Its a 40 minute drive, gas and time that I simply couldn’t afford to continue to do. When I brought up the different shades of white for the paint, the manager made me feel like I was seeing things…. Why would they let a car off their lot looking like this? In the end, I was told my ins had an influence on the parts ordered. I pushed my ins comp with no luck. I wasn’t going to leave a review but Im now discovering that the resale value on my car is worthless due to this shotty body work. Im seeing a ton of great reviews … I must have fell through the cracks?Services: Painting

So far their good, waiting for Nissan warranty to approve replacing rusting hood on 5 year old car. Just looking @ their clean working conditions and courteous staff I'm sure will be happy. Will post another review when job is completed. Just dropped off vehicle for repairs, will update review when pick-up vehicle.
