I was having AC troubles and Devon’s was able to get my car in same day. Leah, who answered the phone, was very knowledgeable and kind. It turns out I was having a spacey day (I’ll blame it on mom brain) and my ac button and air circulation button were both turned off. So they let me come back and pick up my car free of charge. When initially sitting down Leah was able to talk through many possible diagnoses and prices with other problems with my car and I appreciated all of the information. I will definitely come back anytime something pops up!

Goes above and beyond. Repaired the AC and other issues caused by the shop that got the jeep stolen. Highly recommend for service! Repaired a speed sensor, reprogrammed the doors computer, fixed sway bar, and got the AC working! Best shop, great communication.

This is my new service center. Leah is great and went over everything with me in detail. I feel good about the work they performed and the service provided. I was using dealership and other big service centers and just wasn’t getting the service experience I wanted for my vehicle. Now I have a place I can trust. I recommend you give them a try especially if you’re beachside or close.

Came in late on a Friday with an engine code print out from advanced auto parts, the lady I spoke with at the desk, although I did not get her name, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to look up my issue and was able to walk me through what my solution needed to be, and I was able to solve my issue by myself over the weekend. But I will be bringing my truck back if any other issues shall arrive.

Five stars. Thanks for making this so easy Devon’s Automotive! My husband called and was able to make an appointment right away. We chose the shop based on its proximity and ratings and it delivered in every way. The team is friendly and when I walked up to the offices, Leah made it a breeze to sign in and understand what needed to happen. Leah is professional in every way and provided me with detailed information about the necessary repairs and total cost. In the end, it was a simple decision and my immediate concerns were prioritized based on their recommendations. The paperwork was easy to understand and the transaction was transparent from the start. I appreciated the communications along the way as she let me know what and when to expect service to be completed. It provided me a sense of relief and the ability to plan my day accordingly. The car sounded and felt much better as a result of the repairs made (issues addressed: my car was groaning every time I turned the wheel, brakes were squeaking, my car was not handling bumps in the road well, overdue oil change) and rode off the repair lot smoothly. It sounds and rides a hundred percent better at the end of the week. Great work by a great team. Thank you-our little family appreciates your care and attention to detail.

On 9/27/23 at 8am I was in the shop for an alignment. My steering wheel was a little off, but the car handled fine and There was no unusual wear on my tires. After Devon's and automotive performed the alignment on my car. After I hit the road to head North to New England. Halfway through the drive when there was wet weather. I noticed the car handled funny over every bump, the car was very squirrely. I suspected something was wrong, looked at my tires. They were getting torn apart on the rear and front of my car. So I stopped at town fair tire up here in Connecticut and and from what they found, the toe in the rear of the car was massively outOn both sides. The the toe on the front passenger tire was out a considerable amount also. I am posting this to try and save somebody, The trouble of going through what I did having to pay for an alignment twice.
