“I want to say that “Sullivan’s Jewelers” exceeded my expectations. I did a lot of research before coming to them. After reading their many 5 Star reviews I decided I wanted to contact them about a milestone birthday present from my husband.
Isabel got in touch with me, and from the initial meeting I knew I was in good hands and that she “got me” and what I wanted accomplished. After discussing what I was looking for and reviewing numerous existing ready made pieces I ended up going with a custom piece which incorporated diamonds I had that held sentimental value to me.
I knew what I wanted and Isabel was instrumental in taking my idea and making it a reality.
I am a visual person & they were able to accommodate my desire to have a resin mold made before the actual piece was poured. It was important for me to see the size to make sure it was what I wanted. The process took a bit but I was told that it may so no surprise there. I was perfectly willing to wait as I just had a feeling it would be worth it.
I received the pendant a few days before Christmas and when Isabel showed it to me I was amazed! It is beautiful, gorgeous, & sparkles beyond words not to mention the sentimental meaning it signifies to me. I can not say enough kind words about Isabel, her knowledge of jewelry, her kindness & her desire to make the customer happy.
Each time I was in the store, all the women were helpful, sweet, caring & thoughtful.
I would highly recommend you give them the opportunity to help you in whatever your jewelry needs are. You will not be sorry.
I feel not only do I have a beautiful heirloom piece of jewelry to pass down but I met an incredible person who takes such pride in what she does that she can’t help but SPARKLE!

They combined it flawless, disgusting the canoe paddles on the bracelet and highlighting the cattle brand.The bracelet is hinged and the clasp is very secure and hidden. “This place is a hidden diamond. Pun intended. My husband and I had been looking at a few different locations for an early Christmas present. We decided to just stop in on a whim. I had an idea of what I wanted in mind but was verging on settling for some other options. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but they made the experience feel so enjoyable and friendly.The prices are great because the settings are designed and created in house and the turn around time was way faster than expected.This place made every other store feel overpriced and skeezy. Even the larger retailers like International Diamond Center.Don’t waste your money getting ripped off and up sold on low grade diamonds. Check this place out.”

“I had an heirloom wedding band from our grandparents that was gifted to us, and I needed to resize it without losing the inscription. I took it to three different jewelers for quotes. One jeweler offered a surprisingly low price, but the appearance, ambiance, and interaction with the shop it left a lot to be desired.After discussing it with my family, I realized that I wouldn't have forgiven myself if anything had happened to the ring, given its irreplaceable sentimental value to our family. So, I decided that choosing a different jeweler was the right decision.Fortunately, Palm Bay Jeweler's did not disappoint. The ring was polished and sized beautifully! While I may have gotten lucky with a lower quote, I wouldn't take the risk when it comes to valuable jewelry. I plan to have some other loose gems made into jewelry and look forward to continuing to use them as our trusted jeweler.”

They also offered other options they thought fit what I was looking for and proceeded to play the recomdations through the store speakers. I had so many options I had to dial back a little haha. “This beautiful gift shop captivates you as soon as you stroll passed it walking along the voluminous area of Historic District of Melbourne, Florida. The entrance is just a snidbit of the endless color and careful placement of each gift, however intricate and lush . There are dresses there that I know as a person that sews takes a lot of work. Guess what? It was 20 dollars! We met the owner Morris and staff member Debbie who were so welcoming and friendly, and care about your experience. Careful in the store as there is a lot of delicate things in there. Overall it's just so wonderful in there , we plan on returning when we come back from Tampa! Thank you again !”
