Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Indian Harbor Beach. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. I had no issues getting in or out when accessing my unit to put in things and when I emptied it. Everything was clean and looking good. The app is very helpful to open the gate, no pushing buttons.

Great air conditioned space. Booked online for a special. Friendly office staff, carts available onsite. Moving out was just as easy!

Very clean, easily accessible, helpful staff. However, my 5x10 unit is not as stated as it is slightly less than 4 feet wide which means we lose 10 square feet of storage that we are paying for and need. An adjustment is needed.

Reasonably priced. Only one thing that could make it better. Just do have a small dumpster.

Laurie, the manager, gives fantastic customer service! The units are clean and the property is manicured. Great introductory pricing! We were looking for a storage unit close to our condo in Indian Harbour Beach and this was perfect! We would recommend this storage facility if you are looking for a place to store your extra items! Go talk to Laurie and she can get you set up. Easy and quick initial setup! Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about Mrs Diard and the way she has been so helpful and accommodating with me and my families needs. From her ability to maneuver things in order to help accommodate me which was a god send to the way she was so informative and helpful walking me through the process. I've had several storage units and several different storage facilities. But this is by far the best and most helpful anyone has ever been. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs storage assistance. Thank you so much for everything. We need more people and places like this in the world yall are awesome.

My five star review would not be possible without the hard work, attentiveness to the upkeep of the property and great customer service provided by manager Laurie.
The storage facility is extremely clean, well lighted and is kept up the staff .
The staff is amazing they are attentive to the customer and is always monitoring units by doing walk thrus.

Just cleaned out my unit and my stuff was loaded with silver fish, roaches, and roach droppings. Had to throw half of it away.
