Don't buy this paver base and sand material from Lowes..poly bags come apart at the seams..and Lowes staff don't care. The bag came apart, and half of the paver base spilled inside my vehicle and parking lot. Did get the bag replaced, sad part of this story all the bags of these products were coming apart at the seams and the Lowes Garden Dept. Staff didn't care.. Time to shop at Home Depot, which, by the way has a better product and thicker bags.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. As always, I was assisted and got exactly what I needed for my project. The one star review is because there is never a register open inside anymore. They want everyone to use self check out to cut costs and jobs. Don't be part of the problem, Lowes. Honor people not machines.

While in Cocoa Beach, we went with friends to this Lowe's to help check out some light fixtures. The selection was very good and impressive. The price points were all over the place, so you can easily pick something modest and budget friendly or something extravagant and expensive. Since we were just looking at options, we did not request the help of any associate, but the store was very well laid out and nicely organized.

We used Lowe's installation services and are so unhappy with the experience. We paid over $3000 for a new front door including installation, and the threshold does not cover the same area that they removed. Now, the bare floor is showing. Rather than fixing the issue, they say it's for us to fix. I highly recommend staying away from Lowe's installation services.

Chose to do a Kitchen Remodel with Lowe's. Spent $55,000 on new cabinets to be installed by Lowe's and another $16,000 on all new appliances. Ordered cabinets in early November, 2022, and almost 5 months later, the job is still un-finished. I've been without a kitchen sink or oven the entire time. Originally told by Lowe's that new cabinets will arrive in mid- December, so we rushed to find handyman to tear out old kitchen cabinets, a plumber and electrician to move electrical and plumbing lines. Paid top dollar since we didn't have time to shop those services and just used first company that could do the job right away since cabinets were coming in. The cabinets arrived on Dec 28th (2-weeks later than promised), but I was then told installer can't install until Feb 13th. After several complaints and calls, Lowe's arranged to have installer come on Jan 18th. Nearly 100 boxes of cabinets and materials sat in my house for 3-weeks. When installer finally showed up they unpacked the cabinets to install them, and found that several cabinets were damaged and had to be re-ordered. Additionally they found that we had cabinets that would not fit our walls because they were not measured correctly by the Lowe's representative and design team ordered cabinets base on incorrect measurements. A new design was drawn up and different size cabinets had to be ordered. They finally showed up the end of February, and now fighting to get installer to come back and finish the job. This has been a disaster from the beginning, and Lowe's customer service has no sense of urgency to get installers out. 5 calls to customer service and no remedy. DO NOT USE LOWES INSTALLATION SERVICES. It's heavily marked up labor and nothing but a headache. Use a contractor instead. 2/23/23 Today I called Lowes again to get an update and still NO RESOLUTION. I keep getting pushed down the line. They offered to install cabinets on March 15th......3 more weeks away. That is un-acceptable when I have waited 4 months already and customers who ordered only a month ago are getting their cabinets installed before me. I will keep posting updates everyday until this is resolved. 2/24/23 Resolution still in the works. My contact at Lowe's customer service did not call me back yesterday like he promised. 2/27/23 Installers are here but we still have problem with wrong size cabinets that were ordered. Will have to order again and wait 3 MORE WEEKS!!!!!! This is STUPID 2/28/23 Installer discovered today that we have more cabinets that were ordered by Lowe's with wrong size. 3/7/23 Was told a week ago that Lowes would send out a representative from KraftMaid to look at our kitchen to determine best plan of action to remedy our problem. No one has called me back to let me know when they are coming and when I called customer service back (you never speak to same person) they know nothing about this. Might be time to call the lawyer.

I will never purchase anything from Lowes again! Purchased a Dewalt Wet/Dry vac recently and it no longer works after just a month or so. The First Lady I spoke to was very kind and accommodating and willing to exchange it, but because that particular model was discontinued and they didn't have another one her manager stepped in and said there's nothing they can do due to store policy. I've reached out to Dewalt and hopefully they can help. My frustration comes from purchasing a large ticket item through Lowes and not Amazon because Amazons return policy is so easy and pain free. Lowes is not! Word to the wise, Always order from Amazon because if you loose your receipt from Lowes, you're SOL!!!!

My boyfriend and I were there to buy several things for home improvement because we had a coupon. A nice younger guy with brown hair in flooring helped us out there, but unfortunately I didn't get his name. This was 6pm on 8/7/22. Later on, an associate Claire told my boyfriend how to get set up on Lowes rewards. When we were ready to leave, it was near closing . Unfortunately, the cashiers were closing and wanted us to use the self check out, which was a huge hassle because we had 2 carts full of stuff. Luckily, Clair & Joanne helped out ringing everything up. After that, Claire, Ford, and another guy I didn't get his name, helped us load everything into the truck. Hopefully, the store hires more cashiers soon because self check out is tedious when you're buying more than a few items.

Employees are clueless and prices are ridiculous. Takes forever to find anything. Good luck getting assistance and once you do they aren't helpful

If I could give zero stars, I would. We signed a contract in September 2021 for the purchase and installation of windows and sliding glass doors. The estimated date of delivery was January 2022. When January arrived, the date was perpetually pushed back. Some of the product was delivered mid-March and the installation process began March 30. The subcontractors installed 2 sliding glass doors improperly (they have failed inspection) and left 3 inch gaps in our stucco surrounding the sliders. The subcontractors also installed a large bay window which they either cracked the frame of while installing or installed a damaged product. Because Lowe's is the permit runner, Lowe's is responsible for contacting the inspector to do a partial inspection in order to move forward with finishing this project--Lowe's never did. I was told repeatedly that because of the way the permit is written, they could not have a partial inspection completed. Finally, after a month of exposed stucco and improperly installed product, I spoke with my municipality personally. The inspector was at our home in less than 24 hours. Lowe's NEVER even tried to help with this part of the process and LIED over the phone. Following the inspection, I was the one left responsible for getting the inspection report to the subcontractors because apparently Lowe's doesn't care at all about their customers. Now the subcontractors are dragging their feet to come fix the damages and failed items. This is not a supply issue now, this is negligence. Lowe's cannot tell us when the rest of our product will arrive or when we will have the damages repaired. We are looking into any and all legal options at this point to remedy the situation. DO NOT HIRE LOWE'S FOR WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATION.

Great home improvement store beachside This store is one of over 2000 locations in the United States. They are the second-largest home improvement store in the US. It is located on the west side of A1A just north of Eau Gallie. There is a large parking lot and so parking is not an issue. There are 4 entrances. The one to the north is for the plants. The northern glass door is the main entrance and the return desk location. The south glass door is the main exit and the southern roll-up door is the construction exit/entrance. This is my go-to place for home repair. I have visited this location numerous times. The wood is near the south side of the building, by the construction entrance. The store is clean and items are fairly easy to find given that they stock about 35000 items. The staff is excellent and always informed and helpful. Checkout is either by their automated kiosks or at a normal register. Lowe's membership is convenient to keep track of your purchases and allow discounts when they are offered. Overall, a very nice store that I highly recommend for anyone doing home improvement.

So this review really isn't about Lowe's per se. I just want to acknowledge AJ who was collecting carts in the parking lot today! What a polite and helpful young man he is! When I complimented him, he told me he came from and Military family and he was taught to respect others and man it shows. Thank you Lowe's for employing young men like AJ!

I went in looking for a lid to a bucket I had bought there. At checkout I was informed I would have to buy the bucket as they do not sell the separately. I asked for a manager at which point the employee call the manager and began belittling me to employees and customers. When the manager got there she refused to sell me a lid. As I was leaving the store Debbie yelled," Why did you buy a bucket without a lid," as such she also chose to belittle the customer.

Always the best stocked and happiest customer service. Even when I had a problem the young male manager let me vent and then took care of the problem.

They were happy to take my money for a backsplash job but can't get back w an install time. I've called 5 times this morning and they hang up every time. If you're busy tell me and call me back! Hanging up after I've waited on hold is BS. I'm leaving work early to run over there and see what's up. Sad I have to make a special trip. Go elsewhere, Lowe's is horrible

Long story short: they do not honor their contracts, play blame games with contractors, and exhibit pathetic customer service. We paid for a new entry door install, over $1500, including removing and reinstalling our storm door. When the contractor finally arrived six weeks later to install, he immediately began to complain about the storm door. Saying he hated when they put storm door replacement in the contract because it was a pain. I began to get concerned that this could be trouble but foolishly figured that since I went with a big name company like Lowe's we'd be ok. Well at the end of the job my storm door sat propped against my garage, the "professional installer" claiming he couldn't put it back up. I went to Lowe's and talked to the installation manager, Stephanie. She told me they'd install a door now only if I bought a new one. I told her this was unacceptable and that the contract stated they'd replace the existing door. She assured me she would contact the installer and get back to me. Two days later, no call back, I went to the store to get the manager's contact info. Stephanie appeared and claimed that the installer said the door was not able to be replaced (It could have been, he didn't want to). Clearly he had no intention of reinstalling the storm door and knew Lowe's would back him. She also blamed me and said that I should have stopped him. This after he had already removed my entry door, storm door, and I had already paid?? When I asked for the store manager's contact info, Stephanie had the nerve to tell me she didn't know his email. Really?!?! You don't know your own boss's contact info. She then smugly told me that any email or phone message I left with the manager would just be forwarded back to her. I couldn't believe the smug, condescending attitude of a supposed "manager". The unprofessionalism and unwillingness to resolve a simple problem over an issue that was UNDER CONTRACT is so disappointing. From now on I'll bring my business to Ace or over the bridge to Home Depot. This store should be ashamed at their lack of customer service.
