I go out of my way to go to this location just to see Bud and the paint department. Painting is mostly what I do and he’s such a character full of knowledge and so helpful. You never have to chase him down and ask for help. He always approaches you when he sees you and ask if he can assist you. Unfortunately, checking out is not as easy at the Pro checkout. This morning there were seven people in line with one register open. I saw an associate behind the Pro desk and ask if she could get some help so she came out and rang up people. When you see seven people in line, especially pros who are trying to get to work I shouldn’t have to ask you to open another register. You should just be smart enough to put customers first. Go Bud!!!

I am a Retired USAF Veteran. I truly enjoy shopping at Lowe's. All the Associates are beyond friendly and kind. I feel so happy when Veteran Associates will come up and shake my hand and say thank you for your service and that I will do the same and say thank you for your service brother or sister. There's times that they will even talk with me and we'll swap veterans stories or war stories and that and it's always a pleasure to come in and be greeted by everybody.
However, I would like to strongly commend Margie who works at the customer service counter. I was asking a question and she was beyond friendly and very nice. She went up to me and she said sir I want to thank you for serving our country. And I went ahead and gave her a hug and said thank you very much That makes my whole day.
Margie is the most professional sweetest person that I have ever seen in any Lowe's I've been in throughout the United States. I am a regular customer there and I always see her greeting everybody with a smile She is very friendly and she is very kind.
Whosoever is reading this please ensure that Margie is commended very highly for her professionalism and her friendly attitude She definitely deserves it Thank you very much ....

If you go later in the day self check-out is your only option. Lawyers advise to never use self check-out as a simple mistake it's presumed that you are a thief by many retailers. I know that buying a few items that the risk is low but lowes needs to have an option for a real cashier.

I bought a few appliances from there and had an issue with one. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Lowe’s corporate and the manufacturer. Ended up calling the store and Vener was the man. Told me to come in and they will take care of it. He ended up getting Jim, a manager, involved to take care of the issue and they were fantastic. I will not shop for appliances anywhere else after the way they took care of me. Great job gentleman.

Always have what we need. Things for inside and outside of the house and then some.
The only Problem is you can never find a clerk in any Isle to help you, you're on your own!!!

Love this place!!! Jimi is the best. This place is a second home to me as I'm the handyman of the house. Best construction store beachside and incredible customer service at the pro counter. Come by on the right day and they might be handing out food to the pros!!

I usually shop at the Indian Harbor store and always have a great experience, but recently I ordered a lot of material for a shed and it took longer than expected to pick it up. When I (finally) arrived at the store I met Carlos. This guy is all in, helped me tremendously and genuinely gave two "cares" about my order, also shared his schedule to futher assist. Great experience, thanks Lowes and especially thank you Carlos!
