Picked up some plumbing supplies to fix a clogged drain with my bathroom sink. I ended up getting the wrong size p trap and they were quick to exchange the item with no fuss. The whole experience was pleasant.

Loaders sit around and do nothing! No help!! They spend more time looking for ways to not help the customersWorst store I’ve been to with Lowe’s. I make Platinum every year on my Pro Card I won’t be coming back to this store again!

Above expectations. I forgot an item at self check out and called customer service after I realized my mistake. Though the item wasn't found where I left it, the customer service representative simply told me to bring in my receipt and Lowe's will replace the forgotten item. Who could ask for more? Thank you Lowe's.

Started window project in July 2023. Still in process as of January 2024 for 8 window openings. After multiple ongoing issues with Lowe’s including wrong measurements, wrong windows ordered, missing windows, missing parts, poor quality installation, inexperience with high quality window installation, poor communication, no urgency, no ownership from individuals involved just pass the buck down the line. I’ve given Lowes multiple opportunities to improve and take ownership of this situation, but it continues to be up to me to ensure things are communicated and done correctly and even with me calling and reminding them to check their work, they continue to fail at every opportunity. Even tried to get a call from a manager and was told this was not his department or problem. If you need windows, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Update 01/15/2024. Lowe’s left their standard “call our 800 number and we’ll fix everything”. I’ve been talking to their “help” desk (800 number) on a regular basis and nothing changes. The operator takes the message and I assume forwards it on and no one follows up. Don’t be fooled. They know how to reach me and know about all of the issues and STILL no action. The process just continues to drag on unresolved and uncorrected and low priority. Business as usual.
