They got my phone upgraded and put my wife and I on a new plan with lots of Hot Spot time for each line plus getting us into AT&T Internet Air with a resulting cost lower than our current monthly bill. My laptop screen was broken and I was told from another tech they can replace my screen but it wouldn’t be touch, not only that but they were charging twice as much ?. They didn’t have my screen in stock and I was okay with waiting. Yall! Touch screen upgradeee. This screen is much better than the original and the graphics are popping ?. Trust them to exceed your expectations, they’ve earned a forever customer.”

“After lackluster service at a Verizon corporate store, I didn't have high hopes for this store- but I was so wrong! Eddie the sales rep was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He helped lower our bill, pick out two new replacement phones and even set them up! Gave good advice and was very down to earth. I sure hope he stays there!”
